The 1 HOTEL is absolutely gorgeous! From the entry (outside) to the journey all the way up to the room; the hallways everything is just beautiful with real plants everywhere, even in the room. This is the BEST part about the hotel. The room itself is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with toiletries and great soap and lotion. The staff upon check in could have been a bit more informative; this was our first stay; we didn't know about the roof top deck and when I asked about the restaurant up there, they just said it has a private event so it's closed.... also I do not think our rooms were cleaned up to their standards is all I will say. Gorgeous hotel; staff could be a bit more friendly and cleaning staff definitely needs improvement BUT the KITCHEN restaurant and staff amazing food and service! Even the coffee in the room was top notch Nespresso!
