We had a great stay. The house is located in a clean neighborhood that was walkable to many restaurants and bars in the Gulch area, and we even walked to Broadway which was only about a 20-minute walk. The rooftop had great views. Certainly, would recommend.

House smelled like mold, we all got sore throats. Kitchen had very little cookware and only one drinking glass. House had a bit of damage. AC stopped working every day my husband had to get it going. Frint door code never worked. Owner was very responsive though. Location is decent. Too hot to walk to Broadway. Rooftop view was nice. We stayed a week there were no dressersin amy of the bedrooms so no where to put your clothes, if youre just needing a place to sleep for a bunch of people its a house for that.

Lots of beds and space. My only suggestions is that there should be a master bedroom on the main level with kitchen and living room without bunk beds. tv sound be in all bedrooms and there needs to be at least 15 wash cloths and towels.

The townhome is big and will sleep a lot of people. Good location and close to the city. It needs some tender loving car inside…shower curtains need replaced, bed sheets are old and need upgraded, not enough coffee cups for a place this size. Overall it’s an ok place. We would probably try to find something a little nicer in the future. Owner was very responsive and communicative so no issues there at all.

Location and Beautiful Condo

The location to the city itself is literally down the hill, quick walk and you are by restaurants and bars. The condo was spacious, had everything you need, everyone had their own space. Rooftop was awesome!! So spacious with a gorgeous view of the city!! Master bedroom was perfect, another fantastic view of the city!!
