The property did not have an area to gather to play games. The island is way too big. It needs to be cut off to give more room to walk but and then maybe people could gather at it. The stairs are a lot for a group allOver 60.

Excellent property. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room. Nice surprise of some assorted beverages and k-cups provided. We had one small issue and the host handled it immediately which was awesome. Only small negative is the place is near the railway tracks, so there were trains coming and going during the day and night. However, it’s not like we were looking for a quiet getaway anyway so the trains were easy to ignore.

Family trip

It was a very clean, newly built property. It was amazing for all four couples to have large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. The property was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is that it was built very close to an active train line, which we knew going in. If noise is an issue I suggest bringing ear plugs. In our opinion the good far outweighed the negative.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious and clean. Even though your neighbours are close, we never heard any of them. It’s only a 10 minute Uber ride into the night life of Nashville. The only disadvantage is it’s right beside a train track and trains run through all day and night. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. There are many stairs to get to the various floors. This condo worked well for our family and are actually looking at going again soon and will be booking this condo again.

Nashville golf and broadway

The condo was perfect for four couples with each couple having their own en-suite. The location was perfect. We were a little concerned about the train but it honestly didn’t end up bothering anyone. The rooftop was an added plus. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Runaway Train!

The stay was awesome! House was very nice and clean! Downtown was just a 10-15 min drive with easy access to the interstate. Just 1 mile down the road on Douglas had everything you need! The only drawback was the train that came through all day, night and early morning! Did’t need an alarm if you wanted up at 5am! Also, there was not that much parking and the garage was very small and could only fit a small compact car if you parked at an angle. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend stay for bachelorette party

The place was beautiful! Was perfect for what we were looking for. Had a group of girls in town for a bachelorette weekend. The house was great location to downtown just a quick Uber ride away. The house is right next to the train tracks so it can be loud at times in the mornings.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay. The home was new and loved that we each had our own bathroom. The rooftop was so fun to utilize each morning and night. We loved walking to the little brewery next door and the coffee shop across the street. To get to other fun neighborhoods in Nashville, we usually paid under $10 for a Lyft or Uber. It was nice being away from some of that chaos and it forced us to check out the cool area we stayed. The trains were loud, especially overnight on Thursday but both Friday and Saturday night, only a couple trains went by. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends already.

50th Birthday Celebration

The setup was perfect for the 4 couples that shared the townhouse. Communication was spot on, we arrived early and was able to gain access to the property almost 2 hours early for a small additional charge. Uber/Lyft rides were only 10 minutes most of the time to downtown and most were quite in expensive as well. Overall a great place to stay

Perfect for a Weekend

Home was clean and presented nicely. Easy commute to attractions. The train tracks were really close to the house. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Lots of stairs to get to two of the bedrooms and rooftop. Rooftop was awesome!

Overall, great experience, close to everything with good access. Up and coming area. Good layout of condo, but could have used more seating in living area. Right next to train tracks and quite a few trains during the night. Would stay again!!

Perfect for friends!

We loved this house because of the multiple levels and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. Felt like all the couples still had their own space and not intruding on privacy. Melissa was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Beds weee also comfortable and linens were hotel quality.

Amazing house very close to downtown

We had a great stay at this property. It was a group of 6, 3 moms and 3 young adults. The set up of the house is great for a group this size, the kitchen has a huge island, the beds were super comfy, the rofftop was amazing and the house is located just a quick ride to downtown. The train is by the house but didn't bother us. This is not a house if you don't like to climb stairs, there are plenty of them. The garage was unusually small and a regular SUV didn't fit, not a big deal we just parked outside. Overall a great stay at this property.

Highly recommend!

These VRBO owners went above and beyond!!! Their willingness to pre decorate for my sisters birthday was something so special. My sister walked in and saw all the decorations and absolutely loved it! Quick response times as well. Only recommendations - have a binder of "favorites" Restaurants, bars, things to do, things to see, etc. Also include wifi password, clean up instructions, emergency contact, etc that way its accessible for all guests. And having extra plug in fans would be amazing! Always an added bonus. Only downside is the location. Multiple trains literally running all hours of the day within steps of the VRBO. We also got stuck on the other side of the tracks a few times waiting for the train to finish...or move. One time it was literally stopped for 20 minutes. I know you can't control the trains but thats literally the only downside. Overall definitely recommend!

Nashville birthday trip

I stayed here with 7 girls and it was the perfect place for 7 of us! It was about a 5 minute drive to downtown with no traffic, 15 minutes with traffic so it was so close but out of the chaos. The only downfall to this place was that it was next to a railway and the train would come consistently every 2 hours in the middle of the night and wake everyone up. Other than that, we loved it and would recommend to anyone!

First time to nashville

This place is stunning! Check in was a breeze, as soon as we walked in we could tell the place was just like the listing. Very tidy, tasteful decorating. The owners have thought of everything, fully stocked kitchen, the coffee station was so nice in the morning. If you forgot anything they seemed to have it kickin around! The patio is a sweet spot to lay in the sun and hang out playing games. The beds were so comfy, felt like a big cloud. Lots of space, kitchen island was massive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back
