The shower pressure wasn’t good. Black out curtains would be nice since the light pole was shining through the blinds at night. Wasn’t a fan of the sheets or bed. Other than that it was good. It was clean, quiet, and nice. Felt like a safe location.

1st room was freezing cold and could not change the thermostat on wall. Staffer came and had the same result so they moved us to another room. That room was extremely cold due to someone turning the thermostat to 42° took several hours for the temperature to get normal but also caused a lot of of moisture to form on floor and countertops. Overall seem to be clean, but nothing remarkable in our experience.

Asked for a low traffic area for me and my toddler and was given a room by the smoking area right next to the exit door. Toddler up most of the night(3am) from door slamming by smokers. Next night fire alarms blaring at 3am. Terrible stay!

Very easy check in process at the kiosk. Very nice staff plus they liked my tattoos 😁 very clean and comfy bed. Nice laundry area too. Rooms have a cooktop ,full size fridge, cutlery and dishes which is a really convenient thing for anyone traveling. They do need more baggage carts though. Quiet and comfy. The water was also luke warm which was weird.

Don't stay there!

Tired and we get into a room that is set at 63 degrees, no shower curtain, no wash clothes, clean product in the bathroom. No shampoo but conditioner. After room was booked they called and said it was a handicapped room could them move us. We said yes. Next morning when we complained they said we were in a handicapped room. We were not! There wasn't even a bar to hold on to when you stepped into regular tub. Said they would give us a refund but that does not seem to be true! Don't go there! Many other options, great area!

This hotel will be tough to beat for the price! Very clean, friendly and easy checkin, convenient parking and nice quiet location. Its location allowed easy access to shopping, eating and Nashville.

We stayed one night and hotel was good. Its a new hotel. Although our bathroom was a little dirty with hair from previous guest, overall the room was clean. I like that it was laminate flooring throughout instead of rug. The only recommendation is to offer more essential items. There was just a small bottle of shampoo & a bar of soap. Maybe adding paper towels, tissues, dish soap, sponge. Items that can be helpful for the stay. Overall hotel was good & price was affordable.

Staff was missing from desk for 20 minutes after checking in at the kiosk as the keycards didn’t work, had to transfer rooms after no air in the first one. Not family friendly if you have small children. The floors are paper thin and hardwood you can hear everything.
