It was an ok one-night stay. Room was acceptably clean- somewhat worn. No breakfast served- only coffee and tea available. TV remote needed battery replacement and I was too tired to take it down to fix. Just glad to get on the road and did not have to stay another night.

Beware of Double Charging

We book many hotel rooms for our hardworking employees who travel long hours. Upon check-in around 8:30 p.m., the desk associate said, “the card we hold for Expedia doesn’t work.” After trying again, he stated, “it went through.” Already anticipating they might attempt to charge our personal card, our employee requested a receipt, but was told, “we have to email it.” No email ever arrived. Sure enough, our card was charged, even though the stay had already been prepaid through Hotels.com. Mistakes happen—but the real problem came when I called the hotel for a refund. I was told, “you’ll have to call Hotels.com and have them pay before we reimburse you.” This should have been handled directly between the hotel and Hotels.com, not pushed back on the guest. After another 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com, the hotel finally agreed to issue a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. Travelers beware: check your statements carefully if booking through Hotels.com at this property.

Our first rooms had roaches crawling everywhere (counters, floor, bed). We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The hotel has charged me for two extra days at $116.08 on top of the initial $175.41 for the one night I did actually stay. Not only that but they are refusing to refund the extra days as well as comp the original room which they promised to do because of the roaches. There were drug addicts outside around the pool area. The smell of marijuana is strong around the property and people are just sitting on tops of vehicles in the parking lot into the night. At this point, I’ve paid over $500 to sit in a recliner for 15 minutes before the neighbor got up and decided to start slamming everything around keeping all of us awake. Definitely DON’T recommend staying here.

Hotel mix up

Had a rough start at checking in, I payed xtra for a king bed and when I got there they said Hotels.com over booked rooms and I they did not have my room I booked way in advance, all they could give me was a room with 1 queen bed with 2 people that was not a good night sleep, The next day I had to ask for a big room and was then switched by the manager!

Front Desk staff was amazing! Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Wasn't expecting good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower! Could've saved some $$ by not buying my own. Free laundry machines! Decent workout room. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv. They have satellite tv, so when the storms came through the tv froze. Otherwise, for the price compared to other hotels in the area for the week I was there, couldn't beat it!

Take a pass on this one

The person checking us in was less than friendly but an interaction with her later was pleasant. The place is run down, big time, especially the furniture. It felt dirty in general, musty, tub backing up, roach activity. The rooms are way smaller than they seem online. No breakfast on account they have kitchenettes in the rooms and a "pantry" downstairs that is ill stocked with no real options. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet unless someone was upstairs in which case it was like elephants were above you. Overall, I'd say to pass on this one. There are many other options around.
