Arrived, check in was easy and staff was friendly. Had a scare of bedbugs but hotel moved my room. Not sure where they came from because i did not see any more signs of them.
Polite, friendly service. Responded really nicely to my questions. Check in was smooth too!

Was interesting that they advertise as "Newly Renovated" - the room was not clean & everything looked a bit worn.
The air conditioning doesn't work well and have asked about it three times. Got hung up on from the front desk twice from our room. Found a roach crawling on the wall in the room. When I booked the room for 5 people and after getting here it only sleeps 4. Selfish person had to sleep in the chair. Not good. Gives a bad name for Hilton overall!!!

When i arrived at the property it was under construction, the entire lobby was a wreck. No bar open, evertthing covered in plastic...an absolute wreck! Nothing like yhe pictures. I ask of i could upgrade to a suite i was told they dont offer suites. When i called orbitz they said "it eas listed on the hilton website that there was construction " which made no sense to me because why would i ever look on the hilton website when i book through Orbitz??
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. It felt like they went out of their way to make us happy

The hotel was super clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast is amazing and well worth the convenience. I watched the NCAA final game at the bar with a nice group of people. The bartender was amazing and stay late so we could finish the game.
Good location. I always stay at Hilton Garden Inn’s when I travel because I know I’m going to get a clean, safe place to stay. I was disappointed in this location. Our room walls were dirty, the bathroom walls and door was dirty and the tub had mold around it on the floor and inside the tub wall. The toilet wasn’t clean around the seat nor on the base. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean so I placed towels down to walk on. I was let down by Hilton Garden Inn for the first time.
The pool and pool area were a bit dirty and for some reason on our second night there, our room filled with a smoke smell.
They overbooked and then had to change my reservations and didn't trlle til I went up to my room that I would then have to sleep on a sofa bed
