Average tasty breakfast buffet, incredibly friendly staff, beds so comfortable. Clean and fresh looking. Only downside is how tiny the bathroom is, if you’re bathing small kids. Would stay here again for sure. Super close to Opry Mills.

It wasn’t what I expected. I thought it was gonna be at Opryland. I guess I should’ve researched a little better. It was OK. The rooms were OK but when you turn the heat up, it’s too hot when you turn the cool down it’s too cool so there was really not a happy medium.

The property looks very rundown. Carpet is super old, bathroom extremely small. Not much provided in terms of toiletries, just shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hand-soap,makeup remover. Breakfast was fine, with options changing every day. Options were good. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Overall, don’t expect much from this Hyatt.

Very nice rooms and the breakfast was good. Only thing is the $8.00 parking fee for a parking lot space. This hotel is not downtown where parking is limited or where you have to park in a garage or busy street. Just a normal parking lot owned by the hotel. Crazy to charge for parking at a normal hotel.

We chose the Hyatt due to it being one of our favorite brands but this hotel was seriously lacking- especially in the cleanliness department. The rooms are outdated and mostly carpeted and the carpet looked like it was in need of a good and deep cleaning! From what I saw, the hotel is pet-friendly but also tries to be eco friendly by reserving housekeeping to every 2 nights. Our room looked exactly that way, dingy damp and dusty. I wish they would update that rule to being optional for cleanliness as they also encouraged tipping the housekeeping staff (with a huge sticker on the hotel room mirror), which we didn’t do bc our room was not cleaned nor towels replaced in our 2 night stay. Also paying for parking on the hotel lot is crazy as there was no security on site so that was a bogus fee! The location overall was great but the hotel rooms needs some upgrades to be considered 3 star!
