I do not know how this place has a 9.0 rating. It is a 2-star hotel at best. Run down, broken closet door, broken office chair…not terrible but not as good as I had expected it to be.
We had a terrible day and arrived very late. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and quite. Breakfast was good, the dining area was clean.
Loved that it was pet friendly and staff was very welcoming when you came in!
Our tv remote did not work so, therefore, our tv did not work. 3 calls ro the front desk yielded no help!! This was very disappointing!

The few staff we saw were very nice as courteous. A lot of areas to walk to from hotel and a lot of restaurants nearby. Room was clean,comfortable and quiet. My only real “dislike” was the additional 35.00 charge for my dog ( 25lbs). I asked about charge since the hotel stated it was pet friendly but was answered that it is and that the additional 35 is their fee. I’ve traveled to pet friendly hotels and haven’t had an extra charge. So just wanted to let others know that.

Very nice hotel in a great location with great amenities. The heat only went up to 80 degrees so it was kinda chilly in the room while we were there.
