At first glance generally this hotel is meets the upscale standard, beds were very comfortable, room was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful; however, our room had maintance issues. The tub faucet ran continuously with hot water so much over time that it had worn the acrylic off around the drain ring and the tub and shower did not function proper.ly. I have stayed at more up scale hotels and the Sheraton is not quite as customer focused with its offerings of coffee or water when entering the hotel after a long travel.

We thought that it was alittle sparse, but that may be the look and image you planned ....we would stay there again most likely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, relaxing. Will return when back in Nashville.

Nice plan with no issuese except we hung the "green program" on our door with the expectation of a $5 voucher per day to use at their restaurant. We didnt get one either day so that was frustrating. Otherwise, really nice place.

The rooms were clean and updated. They provided a shuttle anywhere you wanted to go within a 5 mile radius. Breakfast buffet was very good. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The view from our window was not great (A/C units) but we were only to sleep. The main focus of our trip was Nashville and the Nashville Predators. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. In just a few words we loved it!

I drove my daughter to visiting her best friend in Nashville, so I took this opportunity to do some shopping. The Four Points was an extra bonus. The hotel was beautiful and priced right. We will stay there again on our next visit to Nashhille.

This hotel was beyond what we wanted. Extremely clean and colorful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was even better and a favorite from our trip as a whole! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great experience. I was disappointed that for the money per night the room did not have a refrigerator. Also we were put in a handicapped room. No tub.

For the price you pay for the hotel, I was expecting a little more. There was not a mini refrigerator in the room and a few other things missing that you would expect for that price. They offer you $5 per night if you want to be green. We elected to do this and apparently, that means no housekeeping at all. The trash was not emptied, coffee was not replenished, no vacuuming. They didn't have any towel bars to hang your towels and we didn't mind making our own bed each night. When we went to check out, and asked the clerk about the $5 per night, he gave us one $5 coupon. He mentioned that we would only get one. When we got back on web site for the hotel, it stated that it would be $5 per night. The hotel was clean and it was a great location. Obviously we have a different definition as to what going green really is.

I really couldn't ask for anything better. This hotel was clean and the room felt newly decorated. Location is maybe 10 minutes out of downtown Nashville.

Very nice staff and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. A very good value and a great location.

My daughter n I were on the road checking out wedding venues on the East Coast when at the last minute we decided to stop in Nashville before heading home. My daughter decided on this hotel. We couldn't have had a better time. The room was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and overall seemed to be professionally managed. I would stay there again in the future.

This hotel is only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville and has much better rates then staying downtown. Easy to find and was very nice. Very pleased with it.

Checked in to #525 and bathroom door was closed. Without thinking anything about it, we unpacked and when opened door to put toiletries in there we we're overcome by a putrid smell. Called front desk and was told someone would be up to bring us keys to a new room. Waited about 15 minutes then called again because we needed to get dressed and attend a function. Keys were brought up and we were moved to #527. Upon checkout when asked how was our stay we answered fine once we got moved out of a steely room. Both desk clerks did not act surprised, did not appear to be caught off guard at all. Thought the staff could have been more attentive.

Very nice room, convenient. Friendly, restaurant near by

Nice place, very clean, friendly staff. Only complaint is that I wish there was a free breakfast in the morning, or even decent prices in the restaurant. The restaurant was way too expensive so we had to run to Panera every morning.

Our stay at the Four Points was nice, but I could've gone for an updated bathroom. The sink looked like it came straight from the penitentiary, which I found odd for a 3 star hotel. Despite that I will most definitely be staying at another Four Points by Sheraton.

Everything is clean , modern and friendly . If you have a need for it , Target is right behind this hotel. Fast internet connection , great workout facility , good pool location and comfortable accommodations makes this hotel a great value .
