The staff was great, very respectful, the pool was gross when we went in there. There was a film on top of the water. and the hot tub was under construction. Breakfast was good. The room was decently clean, but there was a stain on the bed sheet. Overall would not come back here.

I booked a king room for 2/20–2/21 through Hotels.com and added a second night directly through Choice Hotels after support advised that would prevent having to change rooms. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a stressful experience. At check-in we were placed in rooms next to each other, but that evening our key stopped working and even staff couldn’t unlock the door. After waiting over an hour for maintenance (who never came), we were forced to move rooms after 11 PM. The replacement was a double ADA room instead of the king we booked. It was next to train tracks with trains running almost hourly, and marijuana smoke came in through the AC from outside the window. The next morning we were told we had to pay $20 to stay between bookings despite being told the day before that it wouldn’t be an issue. When we chose to move into our friend’s room instead, we were charged another $20 fee. We ended up moving rooms four times in two nights. One room door wouldn’t latch properly and could be pushed open even when locked, which was a serious safety concern. We also experienced stained bedding, dusty fixtures, unstable and leaking toilets, and a cloudy hot tub. What was supposed to be a relaxing girls’ weekend became overwhelming and disappointing. I travel frequently and expect basic cleanliness, safety, and consistent communication—none of which were delivered here.

The room smelled, the pool had hair floating all in it and was dirty, the vending machines were all empty so my girlfriend couldn’t get anything to drink, the fridge was leaking water, plus the next day we found a pair of someone dirty drawers in the room by the bed so I’m guessing they barely clean the rooms, they ran out of towels, and the one of the worst things was they had no WiFi working but advertised it saying they had it which I was confused. I will never reserve a room there again.👎

I went to this hotel for a girls trip. My friend also had a terrible stay to which she has reached out to Hotels.com and the manager of the hotel. The first night we arrived my friends got locked out their room and were forced to move to another room farther away from mine. I won’t go into their story but believe me it is awful. At the pool there was a woman who was severely intoxicated on some type of drug. She alternated between yelling at her child, yelling into her phone, falling asleep in the hot tub to finally crawling out and sleeping beside the hot tub. There we no towels at the pool. We went back into our rooms and that is when my friends discovered they could get in their room. This was at 10 pm. It was nearly 12 pm when they were able to open the door to get their belongings to move to another room. That night I noticed that my dead bolt did not work. None of us slept because of the traffic and train noise. The next day my friends had to move into my room because of additional problems. As we were gong out to dinner I found that my door could be opened with a small push without unlocking. This combined with no deadbolt left me feeling severely unsafe. I asked for it to be fixed or us be moved. I was I was told that they were fully booked. I again said that they would then need to fix the lock. Magically a room was found. Besides that the room was very dirty. There was trash on the floor under the bed and stains on sheets.

The iron had black stuff on it that run a pair of jeans as well as a shirt of mine. The sheets had blood stains on them. And the TV did not work.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and firm. Bathroom had a tub with a shower but no safety handles or mat. There was a musty small in the bathroom that may have been coming from the sink drain. The breakfast was pretty bad: tasteless powdered eggs, awful tasking sausage. Coffee was good. Orange juice not so much. An adequate low-cost and safe hotel.
