We were traveling with friends and didn't want any concerns of cleanliness or bad location etc. We were very happy with our stay for the night. Comfy beds & pillows. Great breakfast to start the rest of our travels for an early start. Staff was very on hands!

Safe area, convenient to restaurants and shopping

Saved a bunch of money by staying just outside of Nashville. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was the worst night of sleep my husband and i have had in a long time, and that's saying something since we have a 16 month old at home. We were on the 1st floor and the noise from plumbing, people walking around upstairs, in the hallways was ridiculous and unbearable. I was SO mad i paid $122 to stay the night. We couldn't wait to leave.

I am a guest in a wheelchair. When I arrived the room I booked was not wheelchair accessible. The staff upgraded me to a larger room at not additional cost. It was not a handicap accessible room, though, as all of their handicap rooms were occupied. Manager came to my room with some tools and removed the bathroom door, so I could access in my wheelchair. Above and beyond regular service. Made an uncomfortable situation pleasant and appreciated.

The hotel seemed a little old and lacked an elevator, but overall it was really nice for the price. The staff was nice and helpful and let us decorate for a birthday celebration

not very good. old, run down, dark....is or feels dirty

Good place to stay while getting #1 son settled into college dorm

This was my 2nd trip to Nashville. I was very pleased with the room and location. The staff was very nice. It was quiet and I would stay here again.

The best feature of this hotel was its cleanliness. We fought the room lighting was poor. One lamp in the room was not enough. We missed having a centralized charging station for our electronic devices. This meant moving beds to find enough outlets. No laundry facilities was a bummer since we had our kids' dirty camp laundry. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was fine, just there wasn't any parking at night.

We were doing things in downtown Nashville and this was far enough away to get a decent price but close enough to our activities. Room was very spacious with two king beds in it. Perfect room.

The employees were all very friendly. They gave us some great recommendations of things to do. The layout of the hotel room was nice, we had a King size bed with sofa. The walls are very thin. We were on the first floor and listened to the ceiling creak most of the night from the guests in the room above ours. It woke up my entire family anytime the other guest work up. And it was not just footsteps, it was creaking of their floor and our ceiling. It was awful. We were even able to hear when that person used the restroom. I would stay here again, but only with a guarantee of a 2nd floor room. The breakfast was good. More than food options than we expected there to be.

They are the friendly people, convenient location, comfortable and warm feelings, ..., and everything I have experienced in Best Westurn Brentwood.

Location makes it quick and easy to go into Nashville. There is no elevator, but everything else makes it a good value. Because it is a smaller Best Western, it has a more "homey" feel than a large hotel. We have met some very nice people among the other guests. We have stayed at this Best Western for every trip to Brentwood or Nashville. We will continue to do so.

Stayed 1 night on way back home from Florida vacation. Large room and comfortable beds. Very kind staff.

When I book a Best Western I understand what I'm getting. However, none of the in-room information or the front desk could clearly explain how to operate the thermostat to turn down the air conditioning. As a result, we slept poorly and the room temperature was 81 degrees at 7:00 AM. It could've been operator error on my part, but I consider myself highly educated enough to operate a thermostat...but not this one. Other than that, this hotel was fine. Nothing special, but nothing glaringly negative other than the room temperature.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel during a recent house hunting mission. It wasn't anything special, but the staff at the front desk were just wonderful. We had a late check-in (after midnight), and even in the middle of the night the front desk person was perky, friendly, and willing to help suggest neighborhoods to check out and local hot spots to hit. The room itself was a bit run down with obvious patch jobs on the walls, mismatched paint, and broken or missing trim and crown moulding. The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear the TV and the treadmill loud and clear from the fitness room at 5am each morning. We got a great rate, though, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff really make this place worth staying at.

Clean rooms, great staff. Will stay there again for future trips.

We had a great experience at Best Western in Brentwood. The next time though we would get a second floor room. We heard walking from above and the floors squeaked. Also heard someone practicing piano. Other than that, it was great. Good breakfast too!
