Saltwater Olympic-Sized Pool and Close to Beach 2bed/2bath in North Naples

North Naples gated community offers pickle ball, tennis, playground for kids, fitness center, clubhouse, and an olympic-sized salt water pool with a hot tub, and cabana bar offering food and beverages. This 2bed/2bath condo has wifi, AC, heat, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining. Master bedroom with a king bed is connected to a walk-in closet and master bathroom with standup shower and his&her vanity. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and right next to the 2nd full bath with a single sink vanity, and tub/shower combo. The den has a pullout love seat and a television. The living room has an arm chair and sofa with another television with access to basic cable and streaming services. The lanai offers a screened in lounge space and a utility closet with beach & pool gear.

Please note an additional application will be required for the HOA and Property Management including a background check and lease agreement. A minimum of 30 days is required between application submittal and beginning date of stay.
