Balcony view was nice. Room and floor were noisy. Doors close/slam very loudly, you hear noise from the hard floors above you and little kids were running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling each morning. For a boutique hotel price of $800/night, not a luxury or relaxing environment.

Beautiful hotel that feels modern and upscale. Friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (robes, slippers, Netflix, lots of outlets/USB, Keurig, fridge, water bottles to refill at stations throughout hotel). Rooms were quiet, and we didn’t have any noise disturbance, even over NYE. Workout room was clean and not busy. There is a cafe in the lobby that has espresso and breakfast staring at 7. Meal options were limited due to private events being held at the onsite restaurants over New Years, but that’s probably not an issue for most of the time. Overall, this was a really lovely property, and we would stay here again.

It was winter in Florida and it happened to be very cold and the heat in the room did not work, they did try to repair it, but the thermostat itself wouldn’t go above 74°. I had to leave and find another hotel. They did give me a refund and the hotel itself was very pretty.

Room was clean, resort was small and comfortable, price was amazing. Hotel has two pools, smaller one at the roof and a bigger one ground level. Staff was friendly and helpful . Hotel offers boat transfer to one of the beaches, boat ride was beautiful about 20 minutes and the beach was heavenly, dolphins swam along the boat ride, even though we were there in December. They also offer a bus ride to one of the beaches, they allow you to take their chairs and towels, all complementary. One day we went to Marco Island , hotel alllierd us to borrow their beach chairs. There is a resort fee that Expedia did not mention 45$ a night! Food was great as well! Will come back to this hotel on my next trip to Naples.

I wish the rooms were a little bit more accommodating to family with pets.. no water bowls provided or bedding for service dogs. It also states that parking is free but you pay a $50 amenity fee which in reality your parking is not free they’re free drinks or two bottles of water! I expect a better from such trendy fancy hotel.

My husband stays at the AC Hotel for business but he was interested in the Perry for our family vacation because it was new. The customer service was great. They accommodated us with early check in and late check out. They provided great room service and kept our rooms clean everyday. We had a comfortable stay. The location isn't exactly prime (in our opinion) but it was convenient to where we wanted to go. We didn't get to use the water taxi (depending on tide and it goes to a different beach) so we took the bus shuttle and it took us to Vanderbilt Beach, which was the nicest one we went to. (One day we visited the beach near 5th St and another we visited the Sanibel; both had too many shells in my opinion.)
