This condominium is meticulously maintained. Built in 1978 the community has 16 unit. This property has been extensively updated. This unit features 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in Californina closet, and an adjoining full bathroom, in addition bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, eat-in kitchen area, and a large living room. There is a private screened in porch with a view of the dock and waterfront. A full laundry is available in this unit. Community amenities include: heated pool and spa with adjacent covered community party area, BBQ area, and extra storage area. This unit includes a boat slip and lift included in the rental with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
