Paid for ocean view. Could barely see the ocean. Our view was of a closed pool and not landscaped grounds( just dirt) coffee machine broken. Phone didn’t work. Safe broke. No clean towels in 3 days even though we asked. Not even. Vending machine. No complimentary coffee or water.Only one elevator out of two worked! A safety hazard. Every time we asked for assistance we were told “we don’t do that” and were given a business card and told to call the property management company. They could not do anything because we booked through a 3rd party. I couldn’t cancel the room. I could speak to anyone at Hotels.com. We did get through to Expediaand they said they couldn’t do anything either!

Great beach front property; convenient to eateries within walking distance. Swimming pool was closed for construction. Beach amenities I.e umbrella/chairs included in price of room. No breakfast but available within walking distance. Great for family with children.

Love the whole property - just needs updating that’s all- like beach chairs and pool area what is now under repair/remodel Staff is very nice and professional We first time visited for our anniversary 10 years ago and we were delighted with whole experience Now was our 25 th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed ourselves-we love the whole area because when you arrive you don’t need to drive anywhere everything is walking distance-restaurants and small shops .People are nice and friendly everywhere and that makes the whole vacation most enjoyable

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews and reasonable price, but we were disappointed with several things. The pool was under renovation, and no one told us before we arrived. They said we could use another hotel’s pool, but we had to call and wait a long time for someone to answer. In the end, we were told to just go to a golf course pool about 10 minutes drive away — no reservation needed. We didn’t have a rental car, so we it means would’ve had to pay extra just to use a pool. The front desk couldn’t help us much. They didn’t even know where we were supposed to go or how to make the reservation for a pool. The air conditioning stopped working for a while at night. The room wasn’t very clean. We barely saw any staff or guests during the weekdays, which made the place feel a little creepy. There was no coffee in the lobby and the beach bar was never open. On the positive side, the location is great. The view from the room was beautiful and it’s close to some nice spots nearby. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it really needs better management.
