We stayed in a one bedroom condo. The room was clean with full kitchen and utensils. The room had a great view with the beach and Gulf of America. The location is also great with food joints close by. The hotel also provides beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The beach is accessible and 5 min walk. Overall, me and my family are highly satisfied and we will again come back here.

The bathroom ran water all over the room. The refrigerator was faulty. Cleaning was spotty. The staff was fantastic in their attitude, especially the valet guys.

Not too good for folks who don’t wish to be constantly going out for any kind of refreshments. The beach chairs were a very nice addition. Balcony was very comfortable Although it is described as a suite location,it was missing many of the features usually associated with the suite concept

I would have given full 5 stars if it wasn’t for little inconveniences. The property is beautiful and our room had amazing views. But, we needed a couple of small things - toothbrush, tissues- that they kept pointing us to 7/11 for. It was only a 5 minutes walk but it would have been so nice for them to provide them, after all they didn’t cost much, specially compared to what we paid. Also on the last day the elevator was out of order and we had to lug 4 suitcases and 4 personal items down 12 flights. Not fun when you also have to drive 2 hours to the airport. It was hard to believe there wasn’t another elevator. They didn’t seem to care that’s what the feeling we walked away with.

Overall the stay was nice. Except for the day we left. Elevators didn’t work and being on the 12 floor with heavy luggage it was an issue. I called the number for the resort and informed them of the situation and the said they would contact me quickly. No call. So I had to walk down 12 flights of stairs to ask the staff what was happening, the informed me that all the elevators were out and it maybe 2 hours? We had a flight to catch in fort Myers and couldn’t wait. The staff didn’t offer to help me with the luggage and the female housekeeping person was rude to my partner Shari when she tried to use the lobby restroom. We had to haul 3 pieces of our luggage dow 12 flights of stairs with no assistance. Very disappointing. Staff seemed indifferent and not very hospitable. We won’t be back or recommend the property to our friends and family. We also had to smell other residents smoking pot on their patio. Rooms were fine and beach location was very good.

Upon arrival reception was one fellow thumbing through a paper list. Odd. At 3pm was told check in would be 4 so we left. Got a call 10 minutes later that the room was ready. Valet staff were great. Asked about morning coffee and was told 7-11 was a 5 minute walk and open 24 hours. Hmmm. Asked about water and was told there’s a vending machine on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Restaurant and bar are not their facilities including the restrooms that require club membership to use. Chairs and umbrella in room to carry to beach. Other resorts provide these on the beach. Pool and rooftop are under construction and didn’t see a spa or gym. Should have read the history of this location online before choosing. Didn’t think an attractive “resort” nestled between the JW Marriott and a high end Hilton would be run like a motel with no amenities. Never again…I know it wasn’t the highest price but it wasn’t the lowest.

Aldo, my experience was pleasant with a resort. I did have a horrible experience with a guest that they discriminated against me. I brought it to management, but nothing was done. I left disappointed after spending two wonderful days, enjoying the beach and the facilities of the hotel, which is beautiful!

Don’t book this. Hotel under construction, which I wasn’t informed of. My ocean view was the view of the pool “under renovations” but no work was being done on it. It look abandoned. The room floor and carpet was dirty.
