Upon arrival into the room, upstairs guests were loudly playing music and immediately contacted front desk. Noise did not stop and instead turned up. Contacted front desk again but music and other noises did not stop. Front desk told me that they could not do anything until after 10 pm and suggested that I just turn on music or the TV to drown it out. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. A room was not offered until after 10 pm (after I requested around 9:30 to be moved) and someone I was with was asleep and could no longer move. After 10:30 pm and the noise did not stop I felt I could no longer say anything as the guests above us were being aggressive and hostile. I wish I would've been offered another room or solution before the situation escalated.

The amount of noise I experienced was horrible, I was in room 105 and it was next to the utilities or maintenance room it was so loud, I could hear the people upstairs every single step and I heard the water pipes all night long, definitely not able to sleep.

Disappointed that the breakfast was not like shown in the pictures, with a variety of items including fruit and yoghourt. Gift cards to use at a nearby bagel shop was not that great especially when the mom is celiac and can’t eat bagels.

Only issue was we had downstairs room right in the corner where entrance to rooms is. Was so noisy every time someone went in and out. Upstairs guess were loud, walking back and forth all hours of the night. We were not able to sleep much.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Housekeeping missed a small piece of clothing from a previous guest but it was hiding underneath the balcony curtain and I didn't spot it until the last day of my stay either.

Reasonable location relative to price…. Clean and appears to be recently renovated. However… At least the bed in Room 101 was horrible to sleep on. Sagging terribly with no support! Do your customers a service and buy at least one new mattress.
