The room is really clean, it’s beautiful. If you get a chance stay here and the breakfast they make you in the morning is so good. This is me and my wife’s second time here and will be coming regularly.

Great location in downtown Napa, but Inn itself had some service issues - they did not exactly make us feel welcomed- and the condition of the Inn is fraying at the edges all around.

We are disappointed in our stay. Amenities we were counting on like a refrigerator and a fireplace were either broken or not included. The shower seemed to be missing a head. The bathtub leaked from one of the faucets so we were afraid to use it after one try. The room was clean and lovely but unfortunately these small things accumulated into a frustrating experience.

This tends to be our go-to B & B when we travel to Napa. The reasonable price compared to most other lodgings in the area, the included breakfast, complimentary parking, and and easy walk to downtown Napa or easy drive to wineries makes this the perfect spot to stay for a night or two. It is an older property, so don’t expect modern furnishings or decorations. If you like romance, you’ve got a fireplace in every room as well as a big tub. The sheets are of a very high quality. The bed is a little hard for my liking, but that’s not enough to keep me away.

The room was very cozy and I loved having the tub in the room with the tv. I loved the the downstairs area and backyard with seating for breakfast and the fire pit. Parking was very easy to settle and downtown was a very close walk.
