The room and food were amazing and only a few steps from town. Lovely garden area but a little too much traffic noise.
This excellent inn is within walking distance of downtown Napa restaurants and attractions. Breakfasts are family style and at a gourmet level, and Jim provided informed advice on things to see and do in the valley. There is adequate parking in back, and we spotted a Tesla being recharged there.
The inn is beautiful, the rooms are large and lovely and the breakfasts were really something special. Thanks Jim and Jamie for your friendly and gracious hospitality.

Dear Julie, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We do include the following information about traffic noise in the description of the room: "Larger Queen room upstairs in the mansion with gas fireplace, extra large non-jetted soaking tub for two, overlooking 1st Street. You should expect some morning and evening commute traffic along 1st St." We're sorry you missed this and we hope you'll return and choose one of the eight rooms that does not face First Street! Our Garden Suite rooms are the quietest rooms on the property.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! One note about the Tesla: we do not have a Tesla charger, the guests were using an adapter which takes much more time than an actual Tesla charger.
