A couple of reason why I rated the room okay. We had our room what seemed to be next to a restaurant and it was extremely noisy at night. We were also on the first floor and around 6/7 am people that were right above us were making so much noise too. This was our first time traveling with our baby and all this extreme noise woke her up several times. We even called the front desk because it seemed the people on the second floor were drilling things. Overall the room was clean and really roomy/comfortable we loved that but the noise was terrible.
Excellent location for easy access to Napa Valley. Spacious rooms, quiet location, nice pool and BBQ area. Also great for families.
On site tasting rooms were Nice.
Beautiful resort, good location everybody so nice and friendly definitely coming back
We took advantage of a mid week discount rate when PG&E turned off our residential power during a period of high fire danger. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from start to finish... No record of our reservation, and after providing confirmation numbers we were not able to get into a room until 6:40pm. Rooms need updating- dated decor, corrosion around sink drains, and broken A/C put a damper on our enjoyment. The concierge called twice to lure us downstairs for a timeshare pitch, but we politely declined. On the second night we called to ask if the 10AM checkout could be extended to Noon since our power would not be restored until early evening. We were told that we could have late check out or a free night if we attended the timeshare pitch, otherwise the 10AM checkout would be strictly enforced. Our two rooms were “average” at best. Combine that with zero hospitality and it’s a no-brainer. Choose someplace else.
Good location. Nice set up with village area across the street.
Complimentary Bottle of wine and glass at checkin
Very comfortable and clean room with a wonderful staff to assist
Very clean and nice walk in the vineyard on the property. Could do without the persistent invitation to some kind of promotional breakfast.
Great location. The staff was great. Although I was surprised by a pitch for sales and an invite to attend a sales seminar they were not pushy at all. Great place.
Time share resort, will try to get you to attend their meetings.
Facilities are updated and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Roomy accommodations. Could do without the timeshare sales push. Parking was inadequate for number of guests.
Quick trip from San Francisco with several golf courses, shopping , and downtown in close proximity. Great location and superb resort. Definitely will return!
TV remote didnt work. Called front desk. They said may be batteries. Engoneering came. TV was unplugged. They said housekeeping unplugged while cleaning. They left. Husband watched awhile, then tried to turn off. Remote didnt work so he unplughed, unbeknownst to me. I later tried to turn on with remote. Didnt work so I couldnt watch tv. Engineering was lazy not to have replaced batteries. Not ample parking.
Accommodations were extremely nice and spacious. We had a one bedroom condo complete with living room, kitchen and balcony. The only negative aspect was the noise from the construction across the street (actually an expansion of the resort) started early in the morning.
We had an excellent stay at Vino Bello. The rooms were spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were plush. We had a chance to eat a nice breakfast as blend and enjoy a glass of wine in their lounge. I would recommend this resort to others.
