It was close to all stores, cinemas and restaurants

The room was generally not equipped... weren't enough towels, had to ask for a blow dryer; ran out of toilet paper and no extra anywhere. Not sure the sheets were changed on the sofa bed as we found a pair of shorts left behind from a prior guest. Free breakfast is a nice touch. Outdoor fireplace is nice.

Coronavirus makes everything strange but it’s a clean hotel and the pool is actually open.

The dog next door barked all night off and on. The sliding door was next to IMPOSSIBLE to open. The A/C didn’t work. The room was sooo warm and then the slider didn’t work. Pretty uncomfortable.

My room was never properly cleaned. I reported this situation four times and all I got was a response saying "sorry we didn't make our beds, we were understaffed but we've notified our managers so this doesn't happen again" not even the intention to make it up. So even though the hotel was ok in terms of being modern and spacious, I had a bad experience. There's also a woman who works in the mornings in the front desk who was the rudest receptionist I've ever met, she really shouldn't work in a hotel with that attitude.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. I was annoyed that I was not served wine at the free wine tasting because I came at 6:00. I just checked in and it was from 5:00-6:00. Just saying I was annoyed.

They required an additional $50 debit card charge at check in for "incidentals" - there were NO room charges made. To date, the credit to my card I was assured would show up is still outstanding.

I love their free breakfast, and I love that they have spacious rooms, refrigerator, close to the best napa wineries and electric car charging stations.. there is also a lot of restaurants close by.. the only thing is, the people staying on top of our room are very loud I did not sleep the first night because it was so noisy u til 1 am.. not sure if the walls , ceilings are too thin and noises come thru the walls/ ceilings easily.. overall I would stay in this hotel again.. they also have free wine tasting in the afternoon .. the staff are all nice and polite.. thank you

Great newer property, quiet, clean comfortable. The breakfast was the only thing not perfect, but it is no more or less than you would expect from a chain. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Close to main roads. Walking distance to the movie theater - good to spend time in the evening after wine tasting tours.

First time we stayed at a Hampton Inn and was pleasantly surprised at the facility. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast.
