Overall, our stay was great. A nice, clean, pet-friendly hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. The only oddity was the paid parking. The hotel is located in a strip center with a gym, movie theater, and other retail/restaurants with probably 500+ free parking spaces. Yet, the ones near the hotel are "paid by QR code". It's not intuitively clear that there's a fee for parking at the hotel or why it's paid by third party and not on your bill. One parking aisle over from the "hotel parking" is free. I don't mind paying for parking in urban areas where parking is limited, but this is odd and the QR code payment seemed shady.

Fantastic hot tube working in the middle of winter, we really appreciated that! Spotless room, well serviced, good reception particularly overnight, good breakfast, great location if you have a car. Sadly, we could not check in early without incurring a $30 charge, this was a bit mean given we were staying for six nights and I get very annoyed about no safe in the room, this particularly matters for overseas clients. We often stay in Orlando and we will check out this chain in that location. Thank you!

The breakfast area was crowded. They weren’t filling in some of the things like 2% milk, coffee, eggs, etc. there was nowhere to sit down and the other thing I didn’t like was the TV in our room wasn’t working and I went downstairs and I told the receptionist and she just gave me a remote control and some new batteries and I still told her it’s not working and she said there’s nothing she can do. I feel like overall the front desk area. They were not helpful at all.
