The staff at Bel Abri is excellent. The only complaint we have is the extremely low water pressure in the shower and toilet.

Was convenient and a better value to stay near the Meritage resort while attending a concert there. The complimentary breakfast was great - better than the usual continental type.

Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn is definitely a hidden gem and my go to place when I am in Napa. The customer service is always on point and Albert and all the staff are all so kind and courteous!

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The only down side was the noise up above us. Our breakfast was served on disposable plates and our tray was very mixed up. We also had to go out to ask for a second set of silverware which took so long my husbands meal was cold. Omelets were made from artificial egg something.:( toast hard and cold.

Lovely last-minute stay. Staff was nice and accommodating. A beautiful large room, super comfortable bed. Room was right off the lobby. I was concerned about noise, but they provided a white noise machine and I didn’t hear anyone that’s all. Breakfast was good. I wish it had arrived warmer and with a cup of brewed coffee. Bathroom was good and they provided lovely white robes.

The Bel Abri is an excellent hotel. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are lovely and location is great. They offered a nice wine tasting with charcuterie and fruit, and the breakfast, delivered to your room, is perfect....enough but not too much. I highly recommend a stay here.
