This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Nairobi. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer lovely views of the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional staff, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile to ensure guests feel cared for. When I wasn’t feeling well, they thoughtfully provided room service, which I truly appreciated. The airport shuttle service is a great added benefit. Was a fantastic place for a night after landing late at the airport. Driver from the hotel met us at arrivals, even though we arrived after midnight. Rooms were huge and clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent shower too.
