It was what it was. Overall good stay for a couple days. Didn't get to try out pool- bed was comfy even tho I found a few hairs that weren't mine. Room was clean. Needed some updates things are falling apart. walls are very thin. They need a waffle machine and some juice. No breakfast of any kind- just coffee.

Mark K. was very helpful at check in and check out. I had issues with my reservation with Expedia because their virtual credit card they sent to the motel was invalid. Mark got that resolved within 10 munutes. Checkout was early due to a bad storm and power outage. We got new reservations at another motel and credit for the days within minutes. They new renovations are beautiful and clean. They sraff was polite and was cleaning up after the storm right away. Can't wait until my next visit. I will be staying here agai.

Ok but not great. My wife wouldn't have liked it.

I did not expect a luxury experience, and opted to stay here due to the price. In anticipation of a meager bed with limited comfort, I brought my own pillows and a quilt (since we never use the comforter in a hotel). Upon arriving I did my usual check for bedbugs, a search I conduct at every hotel regardless of price/star rating, and discovered that the sheets and soft middle blanket were covered in dark grey scuff marks. I called the front desk to have them replaced but no one answered. When I heard the cleaning cart go by, I opened the door and politely asked for new blankets. The man I spoke to was rude and looked at me in disgust, however a woman came from around the corner (we were beside the cleaning closet) who was warm and understanding. She asked to see the stains, which I showed here. She then asked a younger employee to obtain new and clean blankets, all the while this aforementioned gentleman glared at me with his arms crossed. I made the bed myself with the new blankets, which were clean and smelled of bleach. The shower is small and dingy, with low water pressure and not built for someone of my stature (six feet tall). But the bathroom was clean enough and got the job done.

Heat was checked after we told them it wasn't working, but stopped working again - too tired to change rooms

Bathroom was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Could hear neighbors through the walls. WiFi was very weak and unusable.

Luckily I was only there to sleep. Had to shove the door hard to open and close. Very outdated. Shades didn't close all the way. Everything seemed to be falling apart. Staff was nice though. I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean, comfortable. The pool was great. Staff was friendly

Room was clean if slightly dated. Staff was friendly. Wi-fi signal was dismal, but free. Breakfast was pretty standard but did the job, not bad. Good value

In town to go to show at Mohegan, 15 min drive from hotel. Staff friendly, room clean but located at rear corner of hotel. Rooms are accessed from the outside.... A little creepy late at night.

We always stay here when we visit six flags new england , always a great experience with a great staff. Thanks

perfect for us going to Mohegan Sun Arena which we have done this trip several times

The hotel is a bit old, but well kept up. Beds are firm. Other than the somewhat musty smell in the room, but it wasn't over powering. The staff was fantastic! Couldn't be nicer! I would suggest they make people smoke farther away from the building as they tended to gather near the front door and that is not a pleasant greeting for a non-smoker. Otherwise, all you need.

My wife and I were going to Mohegan Sun to play. We needed a place to stay overnight. The Quality Inn was only 12 minutes away. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice and hot, nice pool and a free breakfast including Belgian waffles and sausage. For that price it was a great deal.

This hotel was a good place to stay, it was around a lot of attractions. The room was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable.

The place was above acceptable in all of it's amenities, services, breakfast/wifi, etc. The only thing I didn't like was all the rooms faced a rocky wall that made the stay/space feel small. Either way - would stay there again if passing through town.

I took my boyfriend for vacation and we were actually visiting Mystic, CT and wanted to stay a little further away so we settled on Quality Inn in Groton, CT. We booked a king, non-smoking room and it was very clean and neat. I was impressed. However, the first night when I went in to take a shower, I grabbed one of the towels and a dead moth fell out -- YUCK! The indoor pool was pretty cool for being a "heated" pool. The complimentary breakfast was VERY nice; lots of yummy food! Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Other than the moth -- it could've happened anywhere! -- and the not-so-heated pool, it was a nice stay!

Just needed a one night stay close to the casinos, and this did just that. Nothing extraordinary. We did try the pool, the water was kind of cold for being heated, the room also had a chill, even with the heat on. Overall, if you need just a one night stay, its okay.. but wouldn't recommend for longer then that.

close to mohegan casino save the hotel money and use it at the casino
