The property was clean, they are abiding by COVID-19 standards which was great, staff was polite, food in diner was just okay, they were out of a lot of the food options I wanted, drinks were good. The hotel is close to casinos we visited both Foxwoods & Mohegan Suns though Foxwoods is our choice of casinos. Overall recommended, we would stay again.

I commend the hotel for their effort to ensure the rooms were clean and safe for guests! A job!

Never received my incidentals back. I am upset aboutvthqt

Your handicapped rooms or you call them accessible rooms are not truly handicapped rooms. Putting a bar in the shower doesn’t make it handicapped. The toilets are too low to the floor for an elderly or person with bad back issues to get off. They should be high boy toilets. The shower floor had no mats I slipped in the shower it was very slippery when it was wet I was thankful I didn’t fall. That is an issue. Handicapped rooms should be a total handicapped room.

Pool is small. Called for extremely noisy neighbors. Got frustrated and called the desk. She said she would take care of it. But it was off and on noise screaming and cackling all night. I know that Ally wrecked the night. Jill can’t handle her drinks and Foxwoods sucks because a just turning 21 year old couldn’t get into shrine until 4 days after her birthday. For what I pay for this hotel I expect to be able to sleep! Especially after I call the desk and make them aware. It was nuts. Paid big bucks to be kept up all night. Quite frustrating.

The “complimentary” bottled water isn’t free for everyone, beware! Gave staff service a bad rating as when I tried to explain that the tag on the water said complimentary, I still got charged 2.00 for each. Michelle the front desk manager was more interested in telling me I was wrong, than helping me out. Poor service!

Overall it was a great experience, nice staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. Very close to the casino and outlets.

Tv remote a pia. And small tv. That was our only complaint. Everything else was great. Would stay again
