Awesome stay

Property worked great for our large family of all ages. So much to do indoors and out. Owners were great answering questions quickly to help us plan and prepare for the week. Planning to return in a couple years & hopefully book same property.

Spring Break

We came here for spring break. The place was just as advertised, perhaps underscoring how spacious the unit was. The view was perfect. We loved the activities and amenities of the resort for the kids/teens.

Great Amenities, space, and views!

We had a very short trip for a volleyball tournament so we really didn't get to spend as much time at the resort as we had hoped. But, the unit was clean, spacious, and had the most amazing views. The key cards for the parking garage had to be replaced daily. We got trapped twice, but other than that (resort issue not something the owner had any control over) our stay was great. We would definitely rent again!!!

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was fabulous. The condo was better in some ways than I imagined and not as good in other ways. It was very clean! No doubt about that. We were impressed, the cleaning crew is obviously spectacular. It was incredibly spacious, and although I was concerned we might feel cramped with there being 13 of us, we didn't. I will say, if you plan on having multiple people in the kitchen at a time, hang that up. It's a 1, max 2, people kitchen. Also, there's only comfortable seating in the living room for 5 to watch TV, but it's such an open concept, that didn't phase us. Besides, we were on the beach most of the trip, not in front of the TV. Another super impressive thing to us was how fast the owners responded when we realized one of the AC units wasn't working. They were quick to send someone out (literally within an hr of us reporting it) and it was fixed the next morning. Really the only thing I was disappointed in was some cosmetic issues. There were bad patch jobs on the walls in the living room, spots near the shower that needed repair, a door handle that was nearly falling off, and a closet door that was off completely. Again, nothing to write home about, but things that could make it a 10/10 if fixed. Another thing to note- the location was fabulous, the Waterpark was impressive, and the amenities were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes for everything you can think of. It really was great. Thanks for having us!!

Perfectly fine but nothing spectacular

The condo was large enough for our family of 7 and it's always nice to be right off the beach, but the unit is certainly old and using the kitchen was a struggle. The oven is on its last leg, so as many meals as we were prepared to cook we had to make other plans. The bedding wasn't super comfortable but also not terrible. The bedroom TVs are super old and do not turn on every channel so we were stuck watching the kids shows in the main living area. We had a little difficulty getting checkin instructions and getting ahold of our host with a few questions but overall enjoyed our time together for a family vacation.

Gorgeous Views, Fun at the Water Park, Privacy in the Condo for Larger Families

We had a great time in this Condo. There is plenty of natural light and room on the balcony, a well stocked kitchen, fun in the sun and at the water park. Privacy for larger families in the room layout, cozy spaces for family time, comfortable beds, and plenty of room at the table. Thanks for a great time Rufia!

Dunes Village family vacation

Great place for family. We had special needs young adult who loved all the activities and easy access to beach. Condo was well furnished and very comfortable and great view of morning sunrise.

Cockroaches and outdated decor

Numerous cockroaches upon arrival. Had to go buy baits. Decor is way outdated. Carpet is puckered and loose in several areas. Linens are very cheap and thin. Pool towels are ridiculously small and overall service was terrible at the restaurant and bars. Nice view but that’s about it. Must be better places

Amazing!

This resort was amazing! So many amenities that the kids never ran out of things to do! We had 3 families in one condo. Plenty of space. Kids ranging from 14 to 6 yrs old. It was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Beautiful 4bed4bath condo!

Great place for family vacation

This condo was great for a multiple family vacation. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Right on the beach, with a great kitchen (we ate most of our meals in the condo). The kids had so much fun in the waterpark and the adults enjoyed quiet evenings. Highly recommend if you have a large family.

Amazing

Property was perfect, no issues no need to communicate with owners. Beautiful balcony. The corner view was amazing. Could see the sunrise and the sunset. All 10 of us were very comfortable. Indoor hot tubs and lazy rivers and waterslides were all well-maintained. Good music by the pool and the bar. Only downside was the restaurant was way over priced. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We will be back.

Dunes Village vacation

This condo was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths accommodated all of us very well. The place is very spacious and well stocked with all that we needed. What attracted me most to this property was the comfort and space of the condo and the pool areas and water parks available right on the property. Along with having the beach so close, it was the perfect place for all of us, from grandparents to teens to younger children. We had a great time and enjoyed this trip very much.

Perfect

This is our 5th year to North Myrtle Beach and our 3rd different condo. I think we have found our forever stay. The condo is just perfect, master bedroom just far enough away to not be disturbed by the kids, a bedroom is just next door for our 2 smallest kids which is nice. Living room and kitchen are just rhe right size. The entire dining room and living room are entirely windowed which makes for an awesome view. The Balcony is a little close to the lower levels and can hear the other tenants when outside but that is not taking away from the whole. One bedroom has a private balcony which my daughter lived. The water parks are a must, they stay open till 11 every night and if it rains your day is not ruined. The owner was always in communication and was very pleasant to deal with. The condo is literally about 15 minutes from anything you could want to do. I feel we will stay with this owner from here on out.

Excellent family location

We visited with 13 people ranging in age from 1 to 55. The check-in was simple. The front desk clerk made sure we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner of the condo was always prompt and all the information was accurate. The condo itself was great. Clean, large spacious bedrooms. We had a 1 yr old and 4yr old. We put them in the first bedroom and with us playing card cards, drinking, watching playoff nhl games etc it was quiet enough for them. There is lots of stuff to do at the resort. We actually spent less time than expected at the beach because the kids had so much fun in the waterpark and we brought outdoor games to play on the lawn....near the tiki bar which had a great bartendee

Great accommodations

The condo was exactly as described and amazing memories were made. The good… the water parks, playground and beach were amazing and kept all of the kids entertained for the duration as there were so many options to enjoy. There was even a large heated outdoor pool! There were lots of sun loungers at the outside pools and attractions. The location of the condo was good, a short drive to any stores or attractions we wanted to visit. The parking garage can get busy, but we always found a spot. The number of beds and bathrooms in the condo was good as we were 4 families so each had their own space and washroom. We never ran out of hot water no matter how many of us were showering! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans, etc (no scissors though and a larger toaster would have need nice). The balconies were great with lots of seating and tables to enjoy your morning coffee, relaxing, and reading. Needs improvement… the kitchen/living room/dining room area was small for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids. A larger fridge would have been nice. The number of towels and dish towels provided was insufficient for our larger party (and the dryer was not operational for the majority of our stay which made the issue worse). The chairs INSIDE the waterpark areas were often holding towels instead of people and it was difficult to find chairs and sometimes clean towels because of this behaviour (not a fault of the owner or the waterpark, but the inconsiderate actions of the other visitors). Often the hot tubs were ‘taken over’ by groups of people who would park their coolers beside and stay in all day, making it uncomfortable for anyone else to enjoy the amenity. The need to have an access card with you in order to access the buildings (I get it from a security standpoint, but there were 14 of us and only 3 cards, so we were left asking other guests to let us in, so how secure is it?). The condo corp needs to find a better way to handle this-maybe do the Disney magic band thing?) Rufia was responsive to our issues and we would consider renting the unit again!!
