This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

The condo was listed as "recently updated" and it's not. New flooring had been installed, updated counter top in the kitchen and newer furniture were in the unit. That's the extent of the updates. The bathroom was a complete disaster. The vanity was cracked on the bottom, mold and mildew was visible on and around the baseboards, there's visible water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door (pictures are available). We didn't stay in the unit at all. We found other accommodations for the week. VRBO was able to negotiate a partial refund.
