Ocean view studio on the 10th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. It's renovated with new mattress, flooring, new furniture, and new TV. It has beautiful Atlantic Ocean and resort views at your footsteps. It is furnished a king size bed and work area desk and chair. We provide a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony. Walk to the sand just over the boardwalk to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that Atlantic Ocean has to offer. Its beautiful views of the surrounding resorts and ocean surf can be enjoyed from your own private balcony.

The studio is equipped with cable Spectrum Cable TV with 100+ channels including HBO and On Demand movies and shows. For an additional fee, this studio can be rented with Unit #1005 next door to become a 3BD / 3BA combo to share with extended guests.

Excellent place to stay. Very private and clean. Only has one pool the others belong to the Hilton and you're unable to use them. Beach access is a good walking distance. Enjoyed very much and would stay here again.

Perfect for 2 people

We had a great stay in this unit. It was just the bedroom and full bathroom (which was spacious) and a small sink with microwave and mini fridge. There was also a patio with an ocean view. Very clean and cozy!!! Always enjoy staying at Kingston Plantation and this unit was perfect for a weekend getaway. Great communication with check in and checkout.

We had a great stay! The accommodations were exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We would have appreciated more paper products. We were there for a week and only had 1 and 1/2 rolls of TP and no kleenex. We loved the access to the pools, beach, and used the Hilton shuttle too.

We needed a place to stay to be able to check out a condo we had recently bought. Our choice was an excellent one. The place was extremely clean and spacious. It was a studio but there was plenty of room with a small alcove for a mini kitchen. And the bathroom was bog enough to move around in without feeling closed in. Only two issues. The mattress was to soft and sagged in the middle and the shower door was off track. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay.

My husband & I stayed at the Royal Palms Arcadian Shores for our anniversary. It was the perfect space for two. Really intimate.😊 We were close to every store we shop at. The room was clean, a few steps away from the beach, and the pool. We had an awesome time. We will definitely stay there again.

Great room overall. Size is great, Bed was comfortable, Decent view from balcony. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small fridge. Good pool atmosphere and tiki bar. Best thing here is the community! It is quiet and close enough to everything but yet far enough away. Communication for anything we needed was quick and professional. Would stay again! Take some essentials with you if staying longer than a weekend (towels, wash clothes, trash bags, disposable silverware, etc) they give you starters but you’ll need more if staying longer than 2-3 days.

My husband and I stayed at this resort two years ago and loved the outside pool area, but was not overly impressed with the room, that we booked through the hotel. So this time we went through a unit owner on VRBO and are so glad we did! Check-in was very easy and the room was extremely nice! The owner emailed to see if we checked-in okay and asked if we needed anything. This unit has lovely hard wood or laminate flooring which is so much better than carpet. The furniture was also terrific, looked new and had a lot of drawer space. The bathroom is very spacious and the small dinette table with two chairs was a great touch. The owner had left an entire basket filled with bottled water and snacks. They also left coffee, creamer, sugar, and to-go coffee cups in the cabinet of the kitchenette area. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The thing I have to really brag on was the cleanliness of this room. I now travel with a container of Clorox wipes. The first thing we do is wipe every thing down in the unit, including the inside of the drawers. There was not a single smudge of anything remotely dirty on those wipes! Not even from the floor! I don’t know who is responsible for cleaning this room, but they deserve very high praise! We had a very enjoyable week and will definitely try to get this same room next year!

Clean & comfortable

The room was very clean. The check in process was very simple and quick. I had not issues at all with the room itself. The room is conjoined room. At the time or our stay our neighbors had a lot of kids in the room next to us. The one door between us left us with no privacy. We could hear everything happening next door and they could hear out entire conversation. The kids were pushing items under the door and it was just annoying overall. The place is really nice and the owners kept great communication. Just be reminded that it’s a conjoined room.
