Overall the stay was great. Parking was decent, the room very nice and clean, I wish the listing would have clarified that it was on the 14th (out of 21) floor beforehand but all in all it was nice.

The listing was as described and in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance to so much stuff that we didn't need to an Uber the whole time. I could not say enough good things about the location. It was so nice to be able to see and hear the waves/water from the bedroom, living area, and even the bathroom. I took a bath in the jacuzzi tub and could see the ocean. Washer/dryer was functional and very appreciated. 2 pods were provided for both laundry and dishwasher. Overall the property was in great condition and would definitely stay again.We had a few hiccups with checking in and checking out but nothing that would keep me from staying again.

Host was exceptional and management company is very responsive. Perfect location, parking included which is huge on the beach. They provide 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods which was enough for our week stay. Only small gripe is the linens don't fit the beds, the bottom sheet came off constantly, and the blankets are very thin/cheap. I had to purchase a blanket at a local shop to make the bed comfortable. Not a big deal, I would totally stay again!

Being right on the ocean and having a balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room allowed us to constantly have access to the beautiful ocean and the sound of the waves.I did find a couple of things in the condo that needs attention before the next guest arrives and let the host know about them.

Room was fine, building is just older which is not the renters fault. Poor water pressure in sinks and showers made us never feel clean & the bottom of the indoor pool was so rough it literally cut my foot and my husbands arm. Room had a great view which is why we came in the first place, just won’t stay in that building again. The people staying next to us smoked so much pot we couldn’t sit outside much and we could literally hear them cough through the paper thin walls. Again, not Julie’s fault but we won’t stay in Oceans One again. I’m sure she has other properties we enjoy more.

The property was nice. The only complaint was that there were not enough pans and baking supplies. If you are planning on cooking you may want to consider bringing your own if you can. Property manger very easy to communicate with.

Week stay

We stayed Sun-Sat and the hotel was exactly as expected. It was clean and check in was easiest I've ever had. Pools were clean and hotel was pretty quiet. Will definitely book next time.

Family spring break

The view is amazing. Great location. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. In mid March the pools were well heated. The condo was generaly clean but there was some sand on the floors when we arrived. We had a great time. The balacony was awesome.

Beautiful view!

Had a great stay at Ocean One! Two nicely sized bedrooms, stocked kitchen and laundry. The view from both balconies was amazing to go to sleep to and wake up to! Thank you!

It wasn’t the room

The condo itself was fine. Bedding was good and there was lots of space. Julie was very helpful with the early check in, Check in was easy. But the building was not clean. The hot tub and pools were really in need of cleaning. That may have more to do with the property management. But it really requires more maintenance to be done.

Horrible experience- Big Fish Rentals

This was a terrible experience. Big Fish Rental, the management company for this property, provided horrible service. We requested an early check-in at an additional cost of $50 and had been in communication with a representative from Big Fish Rental the entire time. Payment was made, but when we went to check in, we found that our verification process was incomplete. Big Fish Rental never informed us about any needed verification. The process took about an hour to complete, cutting into our early check-in time, and they refused to credit us as we waited outside a locked condo. I missed my son's check-in event. This was the worst experience ever, and the representative was extremely rude as well.

Myrtle Beach April 2024

The host was very responsive to us but the listing was misleading. The condo we rented in Ocean One had a lot of damaged walls and cupboards. The light switches on the wall didn’t turn on any lights. The comfort of the beds and furniture were lacking. We spent the first half hour recording the room. There is a lit to do that is in close proximity but don’t think we will stay here again.
