We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The communication from management was prompt and professional, and they did offer a partial refund after we raised concerns, which we appreciated, but have not received. (Noted we arrived 2/13 pool closed 2/17, notified issues on 2/18 and today 2/25 have not received the 15% THEY stated was fair, when I requested more I was promptly denied, so I cut my losses and figured something is better than nothing.) However, we specifically chose this property because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, those amenities were closed for a significant portion of our stay. (5 days total) While the outdoor pool was technically open, weather conditions made it unusable, and it wasn’t the reason we booked this property in the first place.There was also ongoing construction noise (jackhammering) above the unit during our stay, which made it difficult to fully relax.Overall, while the property itself was fine and management was responsive, the closure of key amenities and the noise significantly impacted our experience. I would recommend confirming amenity availability before booking if those features are important to your stay.
