The condo was nice, but filthy. We had to clean the floors because they turned our socks black. They were nasty.

Everything looks exactly as described in the listing. The furniture could use a little updating and you do need to bring all of your essentials with you (as clearly communicated by the host) but you really can’t beat the ocean view or price. The rental office and homeowner are extremely kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay again.

The location was perfect. Easy to walk to a lot of places and not too crowded. The property was as listed and very nice. Overall I was really pleased and hopeful that I will be back soon.

Location of the property is very nice. The unit itself was just OK. The furniture is frayed. The coffee pot had a lid that did not fit. Suggest you update to a Keurig. Also suggest you get new pillows for the beds. While it was just my husband and myself, I cannot see six people sharing that unit.The weather was perfect

The room was well cleaned and the towels and bed sheets were all nicely packed. The lazy river however definitely needed to be taken care of. We was there for 5 nites and not one time did the hotel sweep it.

Great condo on the beach

Great location, very clean, easy check-in. Comfy beds nice tv's. Great view from the balcony. Nice amenities.. pool, lazy river, hot tubs. And laundry facilities in the adjacent building.

Family vacation at the Boardwalk

We were so excited to come to Myrtle beach for our family vacation. Upon arriving, we were able to get into our room with ease, the location is great, very close to Broadway at the beach, restaurants and a few minutes away from all the shops on the boardwalk. The room was clean, our kids enjoyed the pools and also being able to walk down to the ocean. The property manager was extremely nice and informative. We would stay here again!

Location was great, but looking around, it’s definitely the least updated. Communication with our booking agent was great, lots of emails, check in was easy- emailed instructions day of. However, the laundry on site, is 2 washers/dryers in one of the 3 buildings that the whole time 1 of the washers was broken. I had to call and our agent hadn’t even been on site. I walked to the office, thinking it would be in there. The office was the nicest building of all of them. Half the time the jets in the spa were broken. I understand being that close to the beach is hard to keep sand out but we had sand in our room before ever going to the beach. Make sure you come prepared to do maids service and bring everything but the kitchen sink with you. It’s extra to make the beds or get new towels. You have to strip the beds and put the sheets in a bag as well as any towels before leaving. Also take out the trash. We stayed 5 nights and with our family of 5, we only received 12 towels. Being so hot and in the water, we all showered daily. I wish there had been towel exchange or something. Overall it was in a great location, just really came on vacation to relax.
