They have a water park and plenty of outdoor pools and hottubs. Is just a bit aged. They are doing repairs but not sure if it will be enough. The rooms are run down. Its just old but in a great location.

The checkin process is confusing. The room was ok seemed dated. The elevators stop working, the complimentary items were limited to 1shampoo.. i tried to call office bc my key stop working and couldnt get anyone on phone. Had to load my things and take the trip across street to get card fixed. Very inconvenient. We were next door to a large group that were very loud and rambunctious until early morning each night. The hot tubs were full of kids playing around. Disappointing visit compared to rating of hotel.

The room was decent, nothing to write home about but had a nice oceanfront view. The lady that checked us in was kind and the bartender/waitress at the restaurant was wonderful. Food and drinks were overpriced. The door handle for the balcony was broken and no soaps were provided in the restroom. Also you could hear what the neighbors were saying through the wall. Waterpark was closed. Restaurant isn’t open very many days because it’s off season.

Awesome resort hotel. My kids loved it and so did we. We were just passing through for a night and stayed an extra night as we were having so much fun. Beachfront in unbelievable, saw dolphins from our balcony. Anyone one staying go fishing off the pier!

We had a great time at this reseort! It was my sons birthday and we wanted to go somewhere to have some fun even if its cold and this place was perfect with the indoor heated waterpark, pool and hot tubs!
