Where do I begin….??? Upon entering the lobby we were met with “Out of Order” signs for pretty much everything. From the continental breakfast, to the lobby restrooms, parking and other common areas. We were informed that there are renovations which caused the shutdown of these basic amenities. The hotel’s website didn’t indicate that they were going through any renovations. When I asked about the breakfast options I was met with a “No, we don’t have it available “ No apologies for the inconvenience, lack of transparency on their website. The front desk staff was not pleasant or inviting at all, borderline rude. After entering my hotel room I was met with an unmade bed, tv on, and personal items in the room, basically it was occupied by another guest. When I returned to the front desk and informed them of this, I was greeted with questions. Umm… excuse me but can I get a room that’s unoccupied and clean?? They assigned us a new room, but again the amenities were not there. The in-room spa bathtub didn’t have running water, there was hair and fur all over the sofa. Only one lightbulb working in all the of the light fixtures.

They are doing construction therefore there was no free breakfast, there was about a foot of green water at the indoor pool. The construction personnel utilize the only passenger elevator to move construction supplies to the fifth floor. The breakfast area is full of pallets of LVP flooring and new bathtubs. I'm sure the place will be nice in a year but this week it was disgusting!

I chose this hotel for the free breakfast and the indoor pool. I have stayed here before when it was in better shape. Pool was closed. Breakfast was unavailable because of well needed renovations. The room was clean was the biggest positive. This location needs a face lift. For the same cost, we could've stayed ocean front with a different chain. Hallways are filthy, elevator dirty, not enough towels and washclothes for 2 guests for 2 nights, a dead outlet in the bathroom. I've had good luck with this chain in the past but will be skipping this location in the future.

Hotel must be in the middle of remodeling. Carpets in the halls are filthy and on our first. Elevator ride trash was pilled in the corner.No hand towel in the room. Please do not notify hotel till we check out tomorrow.

Place was ok... Had to leave and come back to check in nobody was at the counter, then after 4 hour drive to get there beds were terrible springs was tryin to come through beds and the was sunk in ,stated they had indoor pool but that was disgusting. Most likely won't return to this place

After we we settled in our room we looked up nd there was black mold all over the ceiling. They let us change rooms without any argument so I suspect that they were aware of the mold. The second room had been partially painted over but mold was still viable. The entire property had a musty smell. The indoor pool’s ceiling had collapsed from a water leak. Overall, it’s a poorly maintained hotel.
