VRBO host was very accommodating

We got there and VRBO host let us know there was maintenance being done on our room but that there was other accommodations made for us at no other cost. Check in was a little rough, I just moved home to PA from SC and haven’t switched my license so when I went to check in I was told they don’t accept locals and I wasn’t able to check in. The Host was able to switch my fiancée to my account so we were able to check in and everything from there was great!

Great hotel w/ many on-site amenities, somewhat away from the attractions of MB--would stay again

Overall, this was a good stay for my family with only a couple of low-wattage critiques / issues. "Continues" / positives: Our stay was after spring break but before school let out, so it wasn't very crowded (which was nice). Lots of on-site amenities that make this location a repeat for us: Ocean view room with balcony, direct beach access, tons of pools, hot tubs, "lazy rivers", a water slide for the kiddos, ample parking, restaurant, and a tiki bar. Front desk, restaurant, coffee bar, and maintenance staff was super friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. 2 complimentary breakfasts per day at the restaurant was very much appreciated. "Improves" / critiques: The super small combination sink/vanity and kitchen area that linked the bedrooms in our 2-bdrm unit was a constant 'choke point' for my family--it seemed we were always in each other's way. Housekeeping in the rooms could have been better (table and chairs were not the cleanest). The doors and windows in the main indoor pool needed maintenance, as many were broken. Slightly away from the core of MB, so a short drive (20-30-ish mins) was required to reach most MB attractions. In the end, would stay again in a heartbeat - we enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for making this an enjoyable experience.

Good Location bad set up

I enjoyed mybshort stay, however i didn't like the set up of the room. Two rooms with the kitchen and bathroom in between so you have to come in through one of the rooms to get to the other. I didnt like that.
