We scrambled to find a hotel when our previous accommodation was not good. The desk manager at our check in was so so nice and accommodating. She made what was a stressful situation very easy. The room set up was a little strange but the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

It started bad because there was nobody to pick us up at the port. All the other hotels had vans there, except for Acrogiali. After waiting for around 30-40 min, I talked to a guy from another hotel and he borrowed his cell so I could call Acrogiali. When we finally got to the hotel and went to the room, another bad surprise: the beds were made, but the floor was not cleaned. There was sand and hair all over the room and bathroom. Pretty gross. When I called the front desk, they barely apologized and said it had never happened there. Somebody was sent there to clean and the lady made sure to tell me "it was not her fault". The rest of the stay was ok. Besides being beachfront, the hotel has no amenities at all. Our impression was that the other hotels cleaned and sand every day and looked a lot better than Acrogiali. The breakfast was pretty good. It is cheaper than the others around, but you get even less than what you paid for.
Our stay here was wonderful! We were surprised with the most incredible balcony sea view. The rooms are exactly as you would expect from the photos-they are clean and white and basic but they have everything you need. The bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. The staff was helpful in organizing an ATV and the airport/ferry transfers were extremely convenient. The beach location was absolutely perfect and we would 100% stay here again!
When we checked in the receptionist (Eva) was aloof, cold and snooty. Our stay was tarnished by her bad vibes and energy and we never completely recovered from her. Our room was smaller than we expected, did not have enough places to hang towels, and had a safe that was too small for our laptops. It was not ideal for a family but sufficed. Breakfast was good.
Love the location and easy access to a beautiful waterfront on the beach. Amazing staff with a positive approach to customer service. Directly next to amazing restaurants and easy access to the local bus. Made for a wonderful a Visit to an amazing vacay spot!

Great hotel beach front, easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was amazing beach side sitting cafe. Staff and waiters were great always promptly serving on the beach at our lounge chairs. Amazing view, turquoise blue water views. Great location, enjoy beach all day and head into town at night for great dinner, shopping or drinks. Can't wait to go back next year.
We took the ferry from another Greek Island, they came to the ferry port to pick us up (free). Check in was very smooth and with the room we wanted. At the time of check in they also schedule your departure ride (free). Reception was very helpful with a lot of good information - excursions, rental cars etc. Breakfast every morning was great with a lot of hot selections, seating by the beach for breakfast you can’t ask for more. Hotel also owns the chairs in front of the beach, so it’s very convenient with a great view. The walk to the bus stop that take you to town (Chora) was just 2 min walk away and 10 min to town. There are two mini markers on either side of the hotel about 30 second walk to get your bottle waters and snacks. Restaurants are aligned along the same beach front. So if one just want to chill, you don’t have to walk much to get everything.
This is a very nice hotel right on the beach. The staff could not be nicer. It is all about your comfort! Bus route to Mykonos Town is easy and convenient.
Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Housekeeping cleaned the room every time we were at breakfast so we never even saw them. Breakfast was delicious, with the bartenders (alex and alexander) to make fresh coffee for you in the morning. Decent location, ten minutes from town.
