3 min walking distance to ubahn, close to karlsplatz and marienplatz. Lots of restaurants nearby. Neighboorhood is quite cozy but it is ok for a one night stay. Room is comfortable, clean .

The stay was nice, but the elevator is out of order and we're on the 6th floor and the garage parking has 8 parking spots for 53 rooms and it's first come first served and street parking is very limited. Compare it to parking in NYC!
