Convenient , 2sec away (literally 3steps away ) from the station... however a bit noisy and curtains are too short . A lot of light and noise comes through during the night. Other than that quite good experience

We liked that there was a grocery store under the property, that the U-bahn and tram were at the door and so were cafes and restaurants. Nice outlook over a plaza with fountain. Very green area. Quiet and clean part of Munich.

The Metro underground station is 2 steps outside the front door. The Tram surface train station is 100 feet away. So, access to transit is really good. The rooms were clean, but the floor and walls of the elevator were dirty. Didn’t leave a great first impression as you traveled to your room.

Right in front of the subway station which is convenient. Also next to a grocery store and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Apartment style living which was neat.

The key element of this property is location and management knows. They have zero concerns about fulfilling even the basic demands of room service. I have stayed in this place several times and every time is the same: after day 3 they do not clean the room, take out garbage or even change towels. Even if ask not they do not do it. Room as such becomes dirty. Noise every day exactly at 6:30 am from the small supermaket taking garbage or recycling makes no need for an alarm clock. Main office has also problem when there is clear conflict between workers throwing themselves paperwork in front of desk. The location is unique all the rest is plain misleading.

Fine place to stay near the centre of Munich.

This is a very stylish and comfortable hotel within the area of central Munich. Apart from being very quiet and cosy, it boasts some lovely coffee shops nearby and a supermarket underneath. The very chic and fashionable Schwabing is within walking distance. A very reasonably priced hotel. Top marks.
