Excellent home, great amenities.
Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces.

easy going elegant, practical, spacious, super comfy, super friendly, gorgeous weather, all systems worked well. we immediately started treating the house better than we treat our own so we might be invited back next year. and it worked out so the kids cleaned and adults took it easy. it was awesome! thx cynthia and joe!

Beautiful setting in the country
Four co-workers stayed in this lovely home during an event at Ball State University. What a beautiful, relaxing setting to come home to each evening. The home and grounds are immaculate and the owners were wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this home!
