Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!

Home Away From Home

This place is so much larger than the photos. It was ample space for our family. The location is perfect and quiet. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for making meals. The backyard was nice for our dog. We will make this our new Muncie home!

Fit Our Needs

Perfect place for our needs. Spacious house, only 15 minutes from our destination, Muncie. The ONLY knock on the place is that it is a little dated especially the bathrooms which need to be updated.

Great location…cleanliness 👎

The location is great, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. First off, there were leftover ‘skid marks’ in the toilet (GROSS) they flushed right down but still 👎. The window seals were full of flies, the main shower had hairs on the walls and that’s all I need to mention. (there’s more but you get it)

Property was clean and well supplied. There is evidence of some deferred maintenance, heater in main bath is loose, some broken tiles and rusted heat register. Very pleasant and quiet location. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect home for our family

It was a great stay for our family of 5. Enough beds for everyone and we were able to have our own spaces to hang out after long volleyball Days. My little ones especially loved the nice backyard so they could go out and run and play soccer!

Cute property. Enjoyed our time in Indiana. Maybe needs new mattresses. I have never stayed in a vrbo so wasn't sure if i needed to wash towels or sheets. 🤔 When i booked the place it said we would receive email from Host of instructions, we never received an email. Overall, nice older home.

Ideal home

This was our second stay at this location. The house was just as described. Everything clean and inviting. The lights were on welcoming to weary travelers. The beds were comfortable. The home is convenient to where we wanted to be in Muncie.

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and stocked so well that we didn’t have to worry about needing anything. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating. Can not recommend this listing enough to anyone needing to stay in the Muncie area and wanting to have a clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable place to stay.
