The room was nice, the cleaning staff on point! The only critique would be office hours are limited, and though only a block, the hill from the hotel to the warf is extremely steep to walk. Great stay, great room.

The front desk call in the early afternoon to confirm the booking. We got to the room in the evening. They were well prepared for us and check in went well. Room was clean and comfortable.
