Once you get in, having tapped in a five-digit code at three different spots and then a long code at the apartment itself, you are in comfortable space above the fairly seedy street below. The apartment is small but everything works -- the dishwasher, the washer and dryer and the bed are all just fine. The location, despite the aforementioned seediness of this particular block, is great for walking to the art museum or to the park and for buses and Metro. There's no parking near the building, which makes unloading tough if you have a lot of luggage, and the nearby lot needs to be fed coins daily. Despite that, staying here worked out well for us.
