The inside has been completely remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Very good service. Limited public transportation.
Nothing special. Farther away from the airport than I thought. Don’t stay if you have heavy luggage and can’t handle the narrow stairs.
Not downtown but close to where I needed to be. Unfortunately much ice in the parking lot but this is not unique to Montreal.
The hotel is old and in a shady area. The staff was nice but behind a glass wall, that says something about the clientele and neighborhood. They have free porn channels on the tv. Didn’t feel comfortable staying here.

We had bed experience with their internet it was not working properly each time I called answer was let me rest our rooter hopefully will work never did!!! I do not know if ever they rest rooter. Another reason was too many peoples are on, there was no password was needed for WIFI so anyone can get on. They forget to clean room on our first day they keep promising will send someone never did!!!!!! Because of this we had to move to another hotel

The room was clean and looked like that it was recently remodeled. Staff were very friendly too. On the minus side, there is no elevator for the 2nd floor and the breakfast could be improved.

I would rather say it is more of a Motel than Hotel. All is good except the breakfast. If there is an option of lower "Room Price without the Breakfast" option, I would rather choose that instead of "Room Price with free Breakfast."
Hotel old motel conversion and there isn't enough lipstick to hide it. Check-in - Prepaid w Orbitz and forced to full deposit. (not an authorization, but full). If your using a USD card youll lose $$. Room: Clean, and a view of an industrial building and parking lot. Fridge Broken - housekeeper came, confirmed and oddly never came back. She did say we would get a phone call that never came. On the plus side, the heat worked. Soap was moldy and disgusting. Breakfast - They may have forgotten it was supposed to be open. Housekeeper did open it, but nothing was out an hour after it was supposed to be open. (Housekeeper was the best part of the stay because of her friendly smile and attitude. Front desk staff you'll feel immediately they are doing you a favor helping you. Check out - this was a joke, they send a housekeeper up to there rooms to confirm it is in okay condition. (they send someone to check every room when you checkout. What kind of guests do they get?). Front desk forced me to release saying she refunded my payment before she actually did. (I asked, clerk, stared at me with a blank look and did nothing to refund my deposit until it was signed.) Overall, it really is a low budget motel at best. If location is good for you (which is why we stayed there), and the rate (which wasn't for us) is stellar then go for it. Otherwise be prepared for the horrible views, rude inattentive staff, and below the average facility. Otherwise loads of options.

We are sorry the weather conditions of Montreal were not to your liking during your stay, and we hope you were able to benefit from the public transport bus (located in front of the hotel) which goes directly to the heart of downtown :)
