Nicest motel in town, a great place to stop! Wonderful swimming pool.
Lots of care being put into this older property. The reviews I read were accurate. Owners were very people friendly and personable. I will make this my stop of choice when I need a place in Monticello. They had some great history of Monticello reading material that I really enjoyed.
Quaint place. Nice and clean. Great staff. Very nice and helpful.
We stayed in the Walton Room. We loved how easy it was to check-in & check-out. So if you are arriving after 10pm this is the place for you. They just leave you your key with instructions to your room; very convenient. Bed was very comfortable, clean room, wi-fi signal very weak, everything else ...

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We came from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks about 1 hour away. Got out of the craziness of Moab.
it was not sold as a home - if i wanted a home i would have gone to AirBnB. this is the last time i will buy with orbitz. this is false advertising.
