Room was clean and bed was comfortable. No problem with water temperature or pressure. Hotel is a 5 minute drive from “downtown area” which was not an issue at all. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

We stayed next to the door in room 130 - every time some came in the walls would shake - I recommend asking for another room if you get that one! Also heard people walking around on second floor - didn’t get good sleep! The facility was very nice overall - kinda a far walk to downtown but there was plenty of parking in town - very close to arches . Good breakfast

Clean room, easy check-in, good breakfast. The location was really easy for me, since I was only staying one night in Moab: one of the first properties I saw driving into town, and close to the road out the next morning. A relatively new property—Moab has grown a lot since the last time I was there a ew years ago. Very comfortable room.

their pictures do not represent the condition of the hotel. Dark dirty looking hall ways, the maids did not refill some of the every day supplies in the room. Ask staff where a highway was, said they did not know, turns out you can see it from the hotel. My wife is handicapped , had to use stairs , there was no other way to get to the next level without driving around to the front of the hotel and trying to find another place to park. For $250.00 it was not worth half of that. Stayed at a La quinta the next night, same price hundred percent cleaner and better, great staff. I probably will not use expedia again. also, the eggs, sausage for breakfast were cold and burned some, ended up throwing them out
