Refrigerator did not work. Being in the desert and having a working refrigerator for cold water is a must! Outlets in the room did not work unless the outside light was turned on. We had to hang a towel over the wall light so we could sleep. The wall light had no switch! Six power cords were plugged into an outlet box behind the bed and all were on the same circuit. I wonder if this was up to code and was safe. The bathroom window was unsecured as it was unlocked. We were not aware of this until the next morning.

We didn’t realize you need advance entry into arches so we were xtra early for checkin. The gentleman was very kind and let us check in at 2 verses 3. We had an issue with tv and microwave not working and we called and he was there within one minute!! Previous guest unplugged the whole unit from behind the dresser. Weird. Thankfully up and running in no time. Was extra pleased that there wasn’t a storm scented prior on towels and bedding. The bed was very comfortable and place was quite. Had a wonderful start.

After checking in and finding out that the TV and none of the channels work except for they just play a picture with no audio walk down to the front desk and the guy says yes that's just the way it is our cable is out but they offer no discount for anything and next door to me is his mom and dad living probably/owners and they're banging on the wall and talking on the phone really loud and living on the property

This is a budget hotel that is actually quite clean with good linens and a comfortable mattress, a hard to find combination. The property itself could use some work, and the check in at the neighboring hotel late at night was a bit tiring for exhausted drivers. However, the Middle Eastern restaurant had great food and the convenience was great. I would stay here again, esp. in seeing how expensive the other nearby hotels are.
