Everything in the room is updated, the bed was comfortable, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Office Staff very friendly. Only negative was no kleenex.

Did not stay here. Arrived 30 minutes before check in to see if we could check in early. Were told a housekeeper was out sick so no we couldn't check in early or even on time at 3pm. Called the office at 330pm to see if ok to come. No answer. Arrived at 4pm to a hand written sign saying to come check in at 5pm. Came back at 6pm and no one in office. Paper said to ring bell if waiting long. Couldn't find a bell, hollered multiple times. Walked outside near the pool (which was 'closed' due to covid but being used) where other guests apparently familiar with the owner, went into the back office and woke up the owner. Not sure why he needed to sleep on the job seeing as the office is completely closed after 10pm anyway. But whatever. He offered to FINALLY check us in and we declined. He cancelled the booking, but of course, per orbitz rules, its non refundable and we got no refund. Spent $150 at anther hotel in town, completely exhausted from wasting time all day in 100 degree weather while waiting to check in. Kind of soured our day in Moab.

The price was to high! For this quality and during week

Everything was clean and well kept. A staff that really cares

Clean space and nice staff. Right next door to a great Mexican restaurant and the free breakfast was good.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband was thrilled because the rock shop was within walking distance. The continental breakfast was nice but could have had a little more variety.

This place was 80 dollars a night which is over priced for what you get in your room. The inside is outdated, shower pressure sucks but hey at least it lights up, Tv is a dinosaur. Oh and be carful when you stay here be sure to return the room keys. When we checked in no one told us about returning the keys during check out. As we ate breakfast we get an annoying call saying that we were going to get charged 10 dollars per missing key. This was NOT MENTIONED DURING THE CHECK IN PROCESS SUCH A SCAM! I mean luckily we were still in the area to return them.

I am so glad that you enjoyed our clean rooms and friendly staff. The rock shop is a great local place to find treasures. Its true about our breakfast, its definitely not steak and eggs, but our bread is homemade and our coffee is freshly ground Starbucks. Thank you for the feedback as we are always trying to improve where we can.

Our lost key rates are usually $25 per key. They no longer make our special keys so we hold them very dear to us. We mentioned you could drop them in the mail at your convenince. We have upgraded flat screens in most of our rooms and are working on getting them installed into all of the others. I am sorry that you were surprised with a charge of missing hotel property, which was rescinded as soon as the keys were returned. We never "scam" our guests and feel as though we are completely up front about what we offer and our limitations. Our guests are usually extremely satisfied and even pleasantly surprised when staying with us, I apologize that you didn't feel this way.
