Rooms cheapened to minimal maintenence. Very little light.pool out of service, most likely forever. Things unplugged no clock. Breakfast several minutes late and doesnt start till 7am so earlier travelers are already gone. Breakfast all white bread, cerial, very minimal.

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip as far as friendly accommodating staff and cleanliness. The sheets were clean & soft and the bed was comfortable. The carpet was clean and no need to wear socks. Breakfast was good.

It started out the front office staff was incredibly rude. The computers were down so we waited over two hours to get in to our room. We got to our room and there was a long blonde hair on my pillow, a dirty sock in the bathroom, and the drain in the shower was clogged, and water was in the bathroom tub. We complained and were told that it must be my hair. I have brown hair! The said they don’t have any other rooms available. We asked for a refund and they refused. I do not recommend this place. We left without being refunded, and stayed in a different hotel.

Booked accessible room. At check in asked them to verify the room was accessible. We go to the room and it’s not accessible. No way to get my wife’s wheelchair even in to the bathroom. Went to front desk. Told me their accessible room was broken. Showed it to me so I could decide. The air conditioner made horrible noises. The ceiling fan looked like it was gonna fall from the ceiling. I was about to call hotels.com to cancel this place and find somewhere else but didn’t look like I could find accessible nearby plus we were traveling with another couple so wasn’t sure if they would let us both cancel. I asked if they had a portable fan and they did so we made do. Bed was uncomfortable and had the fan practically in my face because there was only one place I could plug it in. Accessible shower was a joke. There’s a shower head and a hand held that you’re supposed to be able to switch back and forth. The edge of the tub was probably the highest I’ve ever seen so my wife was afraid to even try to transfer to the shower bench. I tried taking a shower but the handheld and regular shower head both had a trickle of water and practically zero pressure. I barely had enough water to wet myself down. Then… when I went to get out of the shower I very nearly face planted because my foot didn’t clear the high wall of the tub. Their continental breakfast was poor. Coffee was limited, and choices were limited. We ended up eating at a local place. They should have notified me on the room

Staff were fine. Pool was closed for repair, ice machine was barely adequate. Breakfast was almost tolerable (hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal and limited juice), the entire place looks like it had seen better days

This is an adequate property, but nothing above and beyond. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn't discover there was no hair dryer until after the shower! The ice machine was very unpredictable and was no ice when we left. The breakfast was just ok, very minimal. We know they were understaffed, so hopefully will get better. We would stay agin if the need arose.

Awful Place

The only good thing about this place is hot shower and soft towels. A family member reserved an "accessible" room and they were given a regular room. This hotel belongs back in the 60-70's. No improvements. Pool is empty. Ice machine doesn't work. Breakfast was a joke and it was put out late. Room air conditioner was very noisy. Would not recommend this place at all!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, good standard fare. Indoor pool currently under repair but we didn't need. Good location for Four Corners and Mesa Verde NP trips one day then south Canyonlands short trip second day. Cortez has major shopping if needed. Local gas prices similar to area, not bad.
