There was nothing exceptional. If a person is looking for a place to stay for the night it is fine for the basics. If a person is looking for more than go somewhere else.

they charged me for exttra 50$ for a 1 night stay because I had a service dog... no damage was done whatesoever

The staff was very kind and helpful. We got snowed in and the gentleman working that day worked very hard to clear the snow as quickly as possible and lent us shovels.

Quiet and comfortable

If you get a room in the back corner, you don’t hear the traffic noise and it’s much nicer. Beds are comfortable and the heating unit works well.

Will not go back!

Insuficiente water flow in the shower. No counter space in the bathroom and inconvenient access to television. It wasn’t a miserable experience but we will not go back to the Monticello Inn.
