Rooms nicer than you might expect from the outside. Cleanliness very good

Quiet, clean, had to asked be put in a first story room, it was no problem.

Great service. The family who owns this property is extremely nice. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Tv and WiFi worked great as well.

You could smell body odor from a previous guest on the bedspread.

Clean & comfortable. Fix up little details of room structure ( walls, insect screen)

Quaint place. Nice and clean. Great staff. Very nice and helpful.

New parking lot was the best part of this property. Room was insanely outdated, some type of tissue products stuck all over the hairdryer, zero I mean zero hot water, no one at the front desk when I asked to be switched to a different room that maybe had hot water. Heater heater was either on 100° or ice cold. Expected a lot more for $116 a night

good value for price, but limited meal options in the town

Great for the $$$................,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff. Were exceptionally kind to my family several years ago when we arrived here from backpacking in Canyonlands.

Great rates and close to Moab. Friendly staff, only down was it waas a bit noisy being close to the highway. Didn't bother us, but might bother some.

old building with very noisy refrigerator and air conditioner; we did not get any sleep that night; it was so terrible. Also, you could hear what is happening in the whole building including door opening/ shutting, water running in showers or toilets, fan in bathroom, air conditioning working in your neighbor's room. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The premise and parking lot need improvement. The town is very small with limited restaurants

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower had lots of water pressure. There were many tv channels to choose from. We were very satisfied. Inexpensive and great motel!

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great price too!
