Hotel was great to see after traveling . Nice, clean, great people

Obviously an older establishment, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There are no amenities to speak of, but it provided a fine stop over on our trip through the area. Exceeded our expectations.

Great place to stay for the night. Nothing spectacular. Cute curb appeal

We had to clean immediately on arrival...the shower/bath walls had hair masses on them, as did the floor. There were dirty hand/fingerprints on doors and fixtures. We knew it wasn’t new, or a 4+ star as this is the town I grew up in - but your rating of a 8+ is way too high. This is a long term stay motor inn that is used regularly by seismology crews, oil/exploration field hands, etc. and feels like it. If you are a family, stay at the Wayside or Inn at Canyons.

Lots of care being put into this older property. The reviews I read were accurate. Owners were very people friendly and personable. I will make this my stop of choice when I need a place in Monticello. They had some great history of Monticello reading material that I really enjoyed.

It looks pretty scketchy on the outside so I wasn't sure I wanted to stay here. However the owner was very welcoming, provided us with a bag breakfast for the next morning because we understood that was a service provided. It wasn't, but he did it anyway. The room was squeaky clean , the beds and pillows very comfortable.

A nice surprise as we headed south toward Monument Valley

Nice little hotel in Monticello, UT. Very clean and comfortable but a little dated. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful during my stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Check-in clerk was pleasant, even after 9 pm. Assisted with finding an open restaurant (great recommendation!). Room was clean, though bathtub unit was rather aged. Comfortable beds and easy-to-control room temperature.

This little motel is a rarefind. Had a cozy, comfortable and quiet room in the back away from the highway to have a good night 's sleep before heading easily to the entrance to the Needles district of Canyonlands NP. Restaurants in town are not plentiful, and of course a cocktail is impossible, but a perfect place for the night before the wonders of Utah.

Momticello is quiet little town south of Moab with a few really good dining options and availability to some of the best national parks and monuments in southwest Utah and the Colorado border.

This is a very adequate older "mom and pop" motel that is super easy to find and there is a decent "local" eating place quite near ( south and turn left at the light -- "Restaurant" )

The room wasn't clean and for this reason we slept with our sheets. The bath was dirty. Bad experience.

better rate than Moab-right off the highway-clean rooms
