The property is under a complete renovation. This is a good thing. However, it does mean disruption for now. I'm sure it will be a fine place once it makes a complete transition to a La Quinta hotel. I understand the ease of putting in vinyl flooring in the rooms for cleanliness, but it is a bit less comfortable for the feet. They're doing the best they can under renovations. Brandy, who is in the hotel check-in room, is still the star of this place!

The property is under renovation and the first floor entryways were difficult to navigate with a luggage cart. I was traveling alone and have had a shoulder injury. I wasn’t expecting any renovation work. I’m sure it’ll be grywhen it’s done. The highlight for me was the hotel manager Brandy. She was so helpful and informative. The hotel is lucky to have her there through all this transition. I hope she’s appreciated!

Property was under the construction and there was no pool. 👎

Check-in was easy enough—one of the bath towels had makeup all over it, but the staff member quickly gave us a new set. The AC unit in the first room was unbearably loud and we got very little sleep. We asked for a new room the second night, and once again the staff member was helpful. The second room AC unit was still fairly loud and sounded broken. Though most of the staff members were helpful, I don’t plan to stay here again.

clean and roomy construction with a staff that seemed in another world

Rooms were newly-renovated, but the exterior of the building is under construction. Construction materials and vehicles took up significant portions of the parking lot. Air conditioning wasn’t great in either the lobby/breakfast area or in the rooms.

Good experience at this property for overnight stay

Horrible. The worst. Hotel was under renovations. Ok, I get that. Booked a two room suite, charged for a two room suite. Other than a bed NO FURNITURE in room one room just big and empty. Horrible tiny square pillow on the bed. Complained to management. They said Too bad so sad. We consider all our rooms standard room while renovating. Then why was I charged for a suite. Thats Orbitz fault take it up with them they said. Called Orbitz, more horrible customer service. First, could not make the woman who barely spoke english understand the problem. She said someone would call me back They did. AT 2 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING. No resolution. Bye bye Orbitz you are worthless.

The stay was as expected for the most part. I had stayed in a Country Inn & Suites in FLA and this one was about the same. It needed a little care in hallways, but entrance, books, room, and breakfast were great.

Worst hotel stay ever!! The website indicated that a mobility accessible room was available. When we arrived not only were there no accessible rooms, the size bed we reserved was not available either. I was not able to get my wheelchair into the bathroom and I was not able to use the bathing facilities either. When we checked out the manager, Alfonzo, told us that all of the issues we encountered were our fault. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. We absolutely do not recommend that anyone stay, nor will we ever stay at a Country Inn and Suites again.

Clean hotel. Small but adequate gym facility. Very pleasant desk staff.

Far exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet and great staff. Highly recommend it.

Not too far from downtown, but you are wise to rent a car. Very pleasant stay - good breakfast.

We checked in and the front desk clerk was not very friendly at all. Then she put us in a room that was not even ready. I guess there was a water leak on the second floor because a water extraction team had several doors open. When we approached our room which was 208 the door was cracked and water was all over the bathroom floor. The men were coming in and out so we turned around and went back to the front lobby and asked for another room. The new room she gave us we couldn't get the television to work and had to call about that. The pillows on the bed were very small and not fluffy at all. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.

Only reason they didn’t receive a 5 was the pool had no towels and the furniture in the pool area was unorganized. Breakfast started at 0630 and it was gone by 0700 due to group sports event personnel.

Only stayed one night, was a great experience, very restful, everything clean, everything worked. Would stay here again if we ever pass through Montgomery again.

we had an AWESOME stay. The location was perfect, check in was perfect and the rooms were very clean. We are looking forward to our next visit .
