From the time I walked into the hotel I can see and smell the cleanliness. I have OCD so me saying I give the cleanliness a 10/10 is great! Everyone was very helpful when I needed anything and welcoming me, checking in, and assistance during the stay was great! My kids stayed here with me also; they didn’t want to leave, ha!

Pullout couch didn't work. Got new room. Pullout couch super dirty with fake nails flying off it. Room had hair in bathroom and floor. Yogurt selection was only blueberry. Fruit was only apples. We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience.
