The hotel was almost empty but they still put me in a handicap room with a view of some trash buckets. The heat did not work. There were hairs in the bathroom sink. TV was broken, but they brought in another one.

This used to be a very nice hotel, the room TV was not working, there is no maintenance overnight so they moved to a new room, in the new room there was no towels, when i open the curtains there were stains of what looked like blood, maybe food or sauce, no hand soap in the bathroom, also some of the towels looked very old like the ones you find in a cheap 40 dolar a night motel, not a 200 dolar a nigh hotel

yes the breakfast selection was good. the mexican bread could be more fresh. the bar selection was ok. need whiskey options and need to be advertise more on social media. beautiful bar. staff was good the receptionist was not to nice.

No soap in the shower, after cleaned there wasn’t any soap again (pump jugs empty). Bed had a rut in it from So many people sleeping in same Spot. And to top it off I brought a guest for a few drinks and the nigh time girl working charged me $4000 peso just to bring a guest. I’ve stayed here for 20 Years, was great before but it’s been going down hill and this was the final straw. I won’t stay here again, responsibly when their are so many good hotels around in this area of San Pedro.
